I don't think it will, doesn't feel like a #1 to me. I know Jess Glynne is in it and such but Tinie doesn't seem to have the fanbase he used to.

Lawson are still relevant enough to go top 10 on iTunes. Oh. Another song I was out of the loop regarding its existence but I am not massively bothered about that funnily enough.

NLG certainly has a good chance, though it's out on a very busy week- Lost Frequencies (a huge hit in waiting, just needs airplay to pick up!), Fifth Harmony and Flo Rida all being notable contenders

No, I don't really feel any hype behind this song. It's good but I don't think people are that bothered about it in general

Yes at "New York Raining" looking to get a second week in the T40 then. I feared its #30 debut would be it.

I'm delighted how well that 'Runaway (U&I)' is performing as it should at least be #06 on Sunday with a return to the top 5 being a possibility.

 

The new 59p batch will be released tonight so hopefully some decent songs are in the batch (I Really Like You, Dear Future Husband, Jealous, One Last Time etc).

Can't decide what's funnier...

 

- Lawson getting to 6 on iTunes when I thought they'd scrape top 20

- Lawson being more relevant/outselling Conor Maynard!

 

Though seriously, I'm shocked Roads is doing this well :o

Even if they don't grab another top 10 at next week's end there's a reason why Lawson are doing better than Conor Maynard and Tulisa: airplay. Capital and Radio 2 are really supporting them on this. It's pleasing to see they are top 10 even with the constant push backs of release date this has experienced. They'll certainly need streaming on their side to stay top 10 though but I hope I'm proved wrong.
