The following countries are unable to participate from this contest are B.a.N.G, Numayania and Utopia as they didn't vote in the final last month, The only criteria for eligibility are that you must have an account that is at least 3 months old and a registered BJSC country. Basically if you've ever entered before you can do so again, and if you haven't entered before you can sign up right now in the pinned New Country Registration thread and get straight into it unless you only just joined the site. Hasn't already been entered. Heres a thread with all the songs ever entered if you're unsure. 2. Isn't by Meg Myers, Etienne De Crecy and Madeline Folin, CamelPhat - these artists came top 3 last month so are banned from this contest. 3. Isn't by the same artist you entered last month. (Preferably avoid artists that have been sent before, by yourself or anyone else). 4. Isn't a Eurovision Song Contest entry for 2015 or any previous year. 5. One last thing, try not to change your entry too many times, as after your 3rd attempt I might chuck something at ya. :P Also to save the moderating team some work please check your song against the veto framework, if you think your song is in danger of being vetoed I'd strongly advise looking for something else, for every one potential veto there are THOUSANDS of songs out there that won't cause any trouble.
