Every Day's Like Christmas being ditched 💔

I assume it's eligible to be considered as a reissue rather than an altogether new album, so the chart run/sales total will continue with this new release? Hope so anyway, if there's a shot at the album getting a new peak in the Top 10.

The artworks are garish, but I don't dislike them! There's a freshness to them, as in they're not exactly obvious treatments for Christmas themed artwork... and she looks amazing!

Its very modern artwork, they are trying to grab some worldwide sales etc and the Amazon pic with the cap should appeal to US Base and Amazon worldwide company. I think its perfectly fine. Some don;t always want Kylie under an Xmas tree with a dress on

Its good for Xmas, her streaming numbers, us watching how it does over Xmas etc, a change of a top 40 single again and it means she will be active. Its a no brainer.

A number 1 will be a tough call as mariah and wham.usually have huge numbers but it would be amazing if she did it.

Let's hope its not the year that Alexa doesn't do the job she usually does with tonnes of fake streams as I was like wait til you see it would the year something like that would happen

There’s a lot of formats but it should be noted that only the Amazon versions of the album contain the song XMAS.

Also it seems that while the Official Store & HMV album physicals are out on 5th December, the Amazon album physicals aren’t out until 12th December (alongside the XMAS single physicals). Unless that’s a mistake in the Amazon listings. If the release dates are right, I hope holding back the Amazon physicals doesn’t cost the album a better chart position 🫢

Every Day’s Like Christmas and 100 Degrees are the only songs on my Christmas playlist from the original project (although notably the SAW mix of the former) so it is indeed a shame to see it missing.

Hopefully the four new originals will be up to scratch!

HOW is Everyday's like Christmas NOT on the album!? 😮 It should be a total Christmas classic.

Also I don't dislike the artwork, it's different for sure but it's kinda cute.

Bewildering amount of formats but those three XMAS physicals going out on the 12th December is very encouraging. Fingers crossed it peaks HIGH!!!

As I pay no attention to previous Amazon exclusives I’m assuming they never are added to other streaming sites at any point? I’m sure I’m eligible to have a free Amazon trial but always ignore it as I have Spotify.

Sales might be low enough the week before Christmas to get that #1 though. Wham was #1 with 46k last year compared to 59k on Christmas week (although this did included 6k physicals).

Edit: oh I see the physicals for the single ARE out on Christmas week! It’s the album that’s released the week before.

So excited! Everything ordered and I love the fact they are going for it with the formats for the single - could we be seeing a huge Christmas hit for Kylie!

The plus this year versus other artists is that we know the physical interest will be huge and with 3 formats and the fact that Amazon really push them she’s going to have healthy pure sales to add with any Alexa meddling in the streaming.

Usually they're made widely available on every other platform the next year onwards.

Tom Grennan is available this year, Sam Ryder was made available last year.

I'm still waiting for Laufey's from last year so wonder if it's at the decision of the artist/label what to do with it after a one year exclusivity clause.

Edit: ooh scrub that, it's just been added today! So yes, one year for sure so XMAS should be on Spotify this time next year.
