Not surprised Glitterball has edged to the top Black Magic will be lucky to sell over 50k downloads this week. Unless Sigma can build up a good lead it prob will only be 3/4 on Friday. Wouldn't be surprised if Joe Stone or something got a no1 next week tho due to low sales!

I know it's been hyped up, but "Holding On" didn't even hit the T40 so I'm not 100% confident that "Omen" will reach the T10 (on its first week anyway). Hoping though, we need another release in the T3 and another hit to Disclosure's name!

To be honest I'm quite surprised it's doing as well as it is. The pre-orders certainly did not indicate a 20% lead at #1 on iTunes.

She has a performance on Sunday Brunch very soon, too so should stabalise her in the top 10 for a while.

Amazed at Glitterball-- and it really hasnt had that much radio support yet!

Well, in the case of Faithless 2.0 stands for 20 years in the music business. Later this year they will also release an album called 2.0 which will include their biggest songs remixed by current successful acts like Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, Rudimental etc.

 

 

 

I assume 'Glitterball' only took the number 1 as quick as they did due to Little Mix's track being cherry picked as much as it is?

I genuinely think Glitterball received a relatively late boost/low preorders because no one knew it was called Glitterball until it was on the iTunes front page.

I was just looking at the fact radio 1 & Capital are playing it and sales are gonna be quite low at the top!

Glitterball is just continuing to increase its lead. I have no idea where it'll land on Friday? It's only #84 on Spotify, but could it challenge the #1, at least in the first midweeks?

 

Great to see such a big boost for Foxes. She looks very close to taking the #6 on iTunes. I can't imagine she'll hold up well as airplay just isn't quite strong enough, but it's good to see after she seemingly stalled at around #14 on Friday.

It will def be ahead on the first mids I'd say as the no1 sales won't be much more than 60k but BM is top 5 on streams so should hold up decently.

I've never even heard of the other two, but with Faithless 2.0 is a misnomer for the 20th anniversary. It's at least the fourth version of 'Insomnia' to be released as a single.
