Moves Like Jagger to finish reasonably low. I think I was caught up in the hype of both acts involved getting a random hit in 2011, it hasn't aged very well and to be honest was never THAT good in the first place.

I'm hoping for 'This Love', 'She Will Be Loved' and 'One More Night' to finish top 10!

Daylight and Never Gonna Leave This Bed to slay please.

Right then kicking off this countdown with the bottom three of Maroon 5's hits. No real surprises so far we have 2 flop singles from their 3rd album "Hands All Over" and a promo single from their 2nd album, which was only released in one country. First up at the #23 spot is "Give A Little More" released in August 2010 as the 2nd single from their 3rd album and is probably they're most forgotten hit, as it was only released in the USA and Canada, and ranks as their poorest performing single as it limped at #86 in the USA and fared even worse in Canada at #91. Worldwide it was released as a digital download only.

At #22 is "Goodnight, Goodnight" and despite getting the lowest score here, it manages one place higher than "GALM" due to 5 less rates and meaning a higher average. Released in November 2008 as the 5th and final single from their 2nd album "It Won't Be Soon Before Long" in Brazil and Hong Kong where it topped the charts there. This was originally meant to be the 4th single due to it having a video shot, but the label decided to re-record "If I Never See Your Face Again" as a duet with Rihanna instead.

At #21 and just outside the top 20 is "Never Gonna Leave This Bed" released in January 2011 as the 3rd single from their 3rd album "Hands All Over", worldwide it was released as the album's 2nd single and is Adam Levine's favourite track from the album. This continued the band's downward spiral and fading popularity they were receiving at the time, despite performing better than the previous single by peaking at #55 on the USA top 100. This also didn't help sales for the album as it was also plummeting down the charts. Elsewhere it didn't make much impact by failing to chart at all in the UK, and made top 40 in Swiss and Hungary and charted at the lower ends of the charts in Slovakia and France. However the band's fortunes would be reversed by their next single and make them even more popular than ever before.

20. Must Get Out = Avg.6.413

Must_Get_Out.jpg

Highest Scores: 9.5/9: (T Boy, Riser), 8: (Regina), 7: (Mr Pmt, Jonjo, Nick F1, Joe, Chapman, American Oxygen, Bartsimpson, Juranamo, Hennymoon)

Lowest Scores: 3: (Mack), 4/4.5: (Ultraviolence1989, LeeWallace, Kellyann)

At the #20 spot is one of Maroon 5's early efforts "Must Get Out" released in April 2005 as the 5th and final single from their first album "Songs About Jane". Success for this was limited due to it being single #5, the album already selling millions and a concert performance used as the music video. So this had nothing new to offer but still found some success charting best in the Netherlands by reaching #8 and made top 40 peaks in Ireland, New Zealand and UK where it became their 5th top 40 hit and capping off a successful debut era for them there where the album sold over 1 million copies and 4 previous top 30 hits. It failed to chart in the USA, due to lack of promo and is considered the album's most forgotten single, but has managed several high scores on here with 2 9's, 1 8 and multiple 7's.

19. Love Somebody = Avg.6.534

http://media.fanfire.com/images/product/large/MAR/MARSM003.jpg

Highest Scores: 11: (Pippa), 9.5/9: (Acidburn, Regina, T Boy), 8: (American Oxygen)

Lowest Scores: 0: (Hennymoon), 3: (Ultraviolence1989)

At #19 is "Love Somebody" released in May 2013 as the 4th and final single from their 4th album "Overexposed", and is the lowest ranking song to gain a 11. This was actually in the top 15 until the last 4 or 5 rates when the scores started to plummet, which is a shame as it is one of their finest efforts and criminally overlooked. The song had decent success by reaching #10 on the USA Top 100, making this the first time that all their singles from one album made the top 10, making this their most successful era in terms of charting hits. Worldwide it charted in the top 10 in South Korea, South Africa, Iceland and Canada, top 20 in Lebanon and Mexico, also top 40 in New Zealand. It wasn't given a UK release due to the low charting of "Daylight".

18. Daylight = Avg.6.6

Maroon_5_Daylight_cover.png

Highest Scores: 11: (Regina), 10: (Mr Pmt, Kellyann), 8.5/8: (Rob S, Acidburn, Pippa, T Boy, Ezra's Whore, Bartsimpson, Kylie Jackson, Riser)

Lowest Scores: 0: (Nick F1, Hennymoon), 3: (Utraviolence1989, Atonement)

At #18 is "Daylight" which to be honest I was hoping that this would be higher, as it is a fine song, but it did manage quite a few high scores with a 11, 2 10's and multiple 8's, but was brought down by 7 lower scores halfway through. Released in November 2012 as the 3rd single from their 4th album "Overexposed" and received a mixed reception amongst critics but none the less became a success by reaching #7 in the USA, continuing their winning streak at the time and becoming their 7th top 10 hit. But didn't fare as well in the UK by peaking at #63 becoming one of their lowest charting hits there and failing to repeat the top 10 success of the album's previous 2 singles. Elsewhere it managed top 10 peaks in Canada, Israel, Mexico and Ukraine, and top 20 peaks in New Zealand, Belgium, Italy and Australia, then top 40 in Netherlands, Austria, Ireland and Slovakia.

I'm done -_- this is their best single.
Daylight was better off doing well here when it flopped on the chart -_- very good song imo.

17. This Summer's Gonna Hurt Like A Motherf***er = Avg.6.774

This_Summer's_Gonna_Hurt_cover.png

Highest Scores: 10: (Regina), 9.5/9: (Rob S, Joe, Ezra's Whore, American Oxygen, Juranamo, Riser), 8.5/8: (Liam, Mr Pmt, Pippa, Atonement, 100% Spadam, Bartsimpson, gooddelta, Hennymoon)

Lowest Scores: 0: (Ultraviolence1989), 1: (Nick F1)

At #17 we have Maroon 5's latest single "This Summer's Gonna Hurt Like A Motherf***er" or sometimes titled "This Summer" for the radio of course. Released in May 2015 and was taken from the re-issue of their 5th album "V". Honestly I don't find this all that memorable and doesn't hold well against some of their other much better hits, and actually find it kinda weak, but it did manage quite a few high scores, despite only getting 1 10, with 6 9's and 8 8's. Chart wise it had a moderate performance peaking at #23 in the USA ending their run of 9 top 10 hits, and #40 in the UK failing to match the success of the album's previous singles. Elsewhere it managed top 20 peaks in Canada, Ukraine, Finland, Poland and Venezuela and top 40 in Slovakia, Hungary, Netherlands, Italy, Norway, Austria, South Korea, Czech Republic and Denmark. Then lower peaks elsewhere.

16. If I Never See Your Face Again (Ft Rihanna) = Avg.6.822

Maroon_5_feat_rihanna-if_i_never_see_your_face_again.png

Highest Scores: 11: (Ultraviolence1989), 10: (Jay, Ezra's Whore, Juranamo), 9: (Joe, Fgiboy2511, Hennymoon)

Lowest Scores: 2: (Mr Pmt), 3: (Chez Wombat, Pippa)

At #16 is "If I Never See Your Face Again" which was released in May 2008 as the 4th and final official single from their 2nd album "It Won't Be Soon Before Long" and was re-recorded from it's original solo version to feature vocals by Rihanna, as well as featuring on the re-release of her 3rd album "Good Girl Gone Bad" as the 6th single. Originally "Goodnight, Goodnight" was gonna be the 4th single but the record company chose this instead to be re-recorded, as it would more likely to be a bigger chart hit. It was also originally intended for Janet Jackson to record with them for her "Discipline" album, but record company problems occurred, so Adam Levine asked Rihanna instead and she accepted. It did okay chartwise but didn't became the massive success as hoped and didn't hit top 10 anywhere, but managed top 20 peaks in Australia, Netherlands, Canada, Italy and Ireland. In the UK it peaked at #28 becoming the album's 2nd highest charting single and performed better than the previous 2 singles. In the USA it became the lowest charting single peaking at #51, their first to miss the top 50.
