April 19, 20178 yr They sound and look like late-stage UK indie bands c. 2011. One step away from appearing on a Kitsuné compilation. PREACH!!
April 19, 20178 yr Author I love their new sorta aesthetic! I don't want to speak too prematurely but this could very well be my fave Paramore era :o
April 19, 20178 yr She looks like a mix of Fame era Lady Gaga and Ladyhawke, with blonde hair! First listen was disappointing, but a few more and I think I'm getting used to it. Still not great though (like 'Misery Business' or 'Still Into You')
April 20, 20178 yr Still not growing after several listens. It's not bad but it feels like one of the more forgettable album tracks from their last album. I expect Paramore songs to pack a bit more punch, as even the poppy 'Still Into You' did, but this is lacking. In a way it reminds me of 'Make Me Feel Better' by Alex Adair.
April 20, 20178 yr She looks like a mix of Fame era Lady Gaga and Ladyhawke, with blonde hair!I was thinking Ladyhawke too!
April 20, 20178 yr Hayley looks so different blonde, I can't get over that. This is very like the Ting Tings' later work. It's a real surprise direction for Paramore but not unwelcome. I'm feeling a wee bit of Chvrches influence here too, from them working together last year, perhaps. Edited April 20, 20178 yr by 360Jupiter
April 20, 20178 yr Author New interview... the vibe is sorta weird, Hayley does look like she's been through hell and back, I'm expecting this record to be v dark by their standards C-Qb2qj58wQ
April 21, 20178 yr Paramore are quite hit and miss for me but I do really like this, it's a lot of fun and my toe was tapping  I do agree the 'rock bottom' line stood out to me in a bad way though but not enough to put me off. It's not as good as Still Into You or Ain't It Fun for me though, those are my favourites.
April 21, 20178 yr This is quite nice, doesn't reach the standards of Still Into You for me but I think it'd be a welcome addition to next weeks top 40.
April 21, 20178 yr I've decided I do like this, but I still very much feel like it's a safe album track from their last record. It's pleasant to hear on radio but it's just not the killer, edgy comeback I was hoping for. I hope there will be better on the album.
April 24, 20178 yr They sound and look like late-stage UK indie bands c. 2011. One step away from appearing on a Kitsuné compilation. it sounds like that yeasayer record!! i don't get it, i find it awkward, misplaced and ultimately a game of monkey phonics
April 26, 20178 yr I guessed the code *.* #hacker But there were none left for Bristol as I didn't think of doing that til like an hour ago :')
April 27, 20178 yr Well, them going indie new-wave and Hayley being platinum peroxide was a bit unexpected! I like it though. The song and video kind of reminded me of this (although listening to the song again they're not actually that similar): BB7R0ZY9w94
April 28, 20178 yr f***ing raging, was searching on Ticketmaster within legit 5 seconds of tickets being released and they were gone :/ I really hope they add Cardiff or also play the O2 in Bristol or something, gutted. Funnily enough there are enough tickets left to be sold on stubhub for £180 but not for actual fans to get tickets at 5 seconds past 9...
