March 20, 20214 yr Series 5 has grown on me massively. The weakest for me was 8 - which on rewatches just doesn't have a good mixture of contestants... similarly I enjoyed 6 at the time, but that feels a bit off as well compared to some of the other series. 4 is my fave, however 7, 9 and 10 are up there too. Although as above there is usually stand out moments in each series. The current series episode 1 was ok. Mike is great and liked Sarah too. I can't stand Lee Mack in general, but he wasn't too bad here. Jamali didn't really leave an impression and Charlotte seemed nice, but didn't champion or stand up for herself. So she was just weak
April 8, 20214 yr I'm enjoying this series so far! I think on the first episode it always feels a bit strange when I don't know some of the celebs but you begin to 'get' their personalities as the series goes on. Sarah, Charlotte and Mike all seem like decent comedians and Jamali/Lee who I'm more familiar with are both good as well.
May 31, 20214 yr One episode left for me to watch - I've enjoyed this series, my highlight has to be the running joke that Charlotte is auditioning as a kids TV presenter though! New series announced featuring Desiree Burch, Alan Davies, Guz Khan, Victoria Coren Mitchel and Morgana Robinson. I actually know four of them this time, yay!
May 31, 20214 yr It took me a while to warm to Series 11 (More so than 10), however by the end really liked Charlotte (who was a little reserved to start with) and I'd warmed to Lee too. Mike and Sarah I liked from the start and then there was Jamali who I didn't know to start with and didn't really like him and that stayed throughout. Looking forward to Series 12 though!

I feel exactly the same as you. I really Wanted Charlotte to do well. Fleet feeling sorry for her messing up most of the time. Didn’t care much for Jamali either. Can’t wait to watch series 12 either. To think a couple a months ago I hadn’t even heard of Taskmaster
June 9, 20214 yr How does everyone here watch it? I’ve seen series 10 & 11 in full on YouTube, and I found out recently that 8 & 9 are on the streaming platform Binge - but I have no way of watching the rest of the show :(. I’m surviving on YouTube clips but I just wanna watch it all

June 9, 20214 yr Series 7 is on there for me which I forgot, but other than that there’s nothing 1-6 showing for me
June 9, 20214 yr I just use Sky on Demand... or did watch then on Now TV when I first got into it and then binged the first 5 seasons in about a week. Edited June 9, 20214 yr by ElectroBoy
October 6, 20222 yr A fun Taskmaster extra: As a result of reaching 1 million subscribers, the Taskmaster YouTube account has released a previously unseen tie-breaking task. Done by Series 11, 12 and 13 contestants. So you get to see how 15 people compared against the same task, it's pretty great: Wzcj6NOeqkc
June 1, 20241 yr I've been watching this for the first time from the beginning this year since it's been added to Netflix, and it's such a brilliant show. However, I'm on series 11 now and my god it is the most dull and boring of any of the series' so far. It's like none of them really want to be there and it's just another gig that they've done half-arsed. The only exception being Mike Wozniak who is hilarious.
June 1, 20241 yr Yeah I wasn’t a fan of Series 11… couldn’t stand Jamali Maddox I think 10-12 suffer slightly due to there not being an audience/ covid. But it does feel more obvious in 11 and I think the mix of comedians isn’t great. 10 and 12 manage to overcome it. 12 onwards are great though! Edited June 1, 20241 yr by ElectroBoy

Looking forward to 12 onwards then if that's the case, got 2 episodes left of series 11 and I can't wait for it to be over  Charlotte Ritchie is normally great in everything else I've seen her in, but it's like she just cba at all here. Sometimes it does feel that by the time they've gone through all the tasks and it comes to the studio filming they're over it, but it's really something else with this series.

I do think series 11 and 12 were better though.
June 2, 20241 yr I'm now onto series 12 (thank god) so will see if this one's any better  I see icon Desiree of Too Hot to Handle voiceover fame is on this series *.* so it shouldn't be as insufferable as series 11.
June 5, 20241 yr Just finished series 12 and that was much more enjoyable than series 11! Morgana and Desiree were hilarious throughout, and even Alan and Victoria were pleasant surprises! Guz had his moments, but overall the least entertaining of the five. I'm just glad series 13 is back to no social distancing because the set just looked strange without the audience, and I assume it had an impact on some of the tasks too.
June 5, 20241 yr it’s funny watching them in order. It feels like in 13 they’re suddenly sat on top of each other :D I remember liking Guz more on rewatches. Morgana was lucky to win and all down to the bonus point she picked up in the first ep for swearing at Alex. I really liked Victoria’s distain for a lot of the tasks - bet then her joy at riding a bike for the first time :D
June 5, 20241 yr I must admit, like Greg, I was really willing her to fall into the bush at the end when riding the bike after being so proud of herself :kink:
June 5, 20241 yr Victoria riding the bike is one of my favourite things in the season… the other is Victoria and Alan in the team task where Victoria works everything out. If you hadn’t guessed by now, Victoria was my favourite contestant that season. Greg really should never give out bonus points, it’s two seasons now where the bonus point has won the series. I feel like we need a taskmaster season survivor or something at some point
June 5, 20241 yr Yeah Victoria was great and very good value. Loved her coming back with Mr Greedy Esq as well :D Also her continued annoyance at being lumped in with Alan as the ‘old Team’ Edited June 5, 20241 yr by ElectroBoy
