Oh thank GOD it's likely to be Clean Bandit to knock the girls off of number 1! That'll be a 2016 record. 2 brilliant songs at #1 back to back!

It'll be nice to have two great songs at number one in a row after six months of average songs.

 

Also, I've just listened to "Fake Love" and it's terrible, as I expected.

I have Kelly's xmas album on play atm. 'Underneath The Tree' to become a cult classic, please. B A N G E R .

Underneath The Tree is certainly the best out of all recent Christmas songs.

Genuinely don't like Christmas music... I blame three years working in retail hearing them ten hours a day for turning me mad!!

Disagree with Kelly Clarkson being the best recent recent Christmas song..... HAS to be Leona Lewis - One More Sleep!!! :cheer:

Ohhh, Clean Bandit only 10% behind Little Mix now. #1 next week looks veerrrry likely for Clean Bandit. Their second ever number 1 it would be! :o I'm so glad it's them and not James creeping back up.

 

Clean Bandit would be a very unexpected #1 if you ask me.

I like Leona's song, but for me Underneath The Tree >>>> easily.

 

I'd be for Clean Bandit getting #1 with this.

One More Sleep is terrible, but worse is the near constant updates of its rise from #342 to #339 the Christmas AFTER it inexplicably became a hit single (fortunately I was staying in New York when it hit #3 and never heard it on the radio) - where we were assured it would become a 'Christmas staple' over and over again until we were beaten into submission. Subsequently last Christmas we go the whole 'it's on Christmas playlists now so it will definitely be a recurring Christmas hit'.

 

It has not once made the Top 75 since.
