If those are Louane's vocals, how come she ain't credited?

She takes more of a backseat role in this than Halsey, Daya etc.

Really liking this after the first couple of listens! Way more instant than 'Closer' was and I don't see any problem with his voice here.

My only qualm is the enunciation of "parents"

Really can't unhear "parrots" instead :')

Just to clarify, the background female vocals are from Emily Warren and not from Louane.

Does that mean we've still got a Chainsmokers/Louane collaboration to look forward to?

Nothing particularly outstanding or exciting about this but I don't think I've ever come across a band whose singles ALL turn into growers quite like these guys, so I'll sit back & let it work its magic.

Apparently we're gonna hear a lot more of this kind of stuff with Chainsmokers promising an album this year.

this has lodged itself into my brainnnn

it'd be so much better if the last chorus actually went somewhere tho. give us a sax. anything.

Unfortunately for me this is their weakest single to date, given it plenty of chances but it's doing nothing...
I actually really like this, strange as Closer still sounds average to my ears, but his vocals have quite a nice and distinct tone here and the production feels a lot more exciting. Not bad after I'd kind of written them off after what came after Roses.
