Stormzy has released the first single of his debut album...

Co-produced by Fraser T. Smith :o He's a very diverse producer to say the least.

The song is good though :music:

This is the best thing I've heard from him yet tbh. I kinda liked Shut Up but I didn't think I'd actually be hyped for a Stormzy album as it's not usually my thing but I am off the back of this, hope it can debut high for him!
I was quite a fan of 'Shut Up' but on the polar opposite to the general opinions this really annoys me. The "Boots" pronunciation for starters. Just sounds a bit weird  I guess it's only redeeming quality for me would be those sound effects that are in similar vein to the intro of 'The Edge of Glory'. This is after hearing it twice in the past few days on radio 1 & it lacks something that SU had for me...

Stormzy is back, rapping in a chicken shop about how you’re too old for Twitter now. Highlights include, but are not limited to: the way Stormzy says the word “boots”; the fact that it’s essentially four minutes of Stormzy threatening to beat you up, or Chat Shit, Get Banged: The Song; the video, which is just 1,000 beautiful women looking really, really mad and then Stormzy – wearing ever more immaculate and complex sportswear – being about to kick the head in of that bloke from the Rag’n’Bone Man video. Flawless.

This is the review from the Guardian.

I LOVED that ^^ Was kind of hesitant when I got the notification, I mean it was implausible that Stormzy could do justice to such an amazing song, but I really really enjoyed it. Getting me more and more excited for the new album!

And yes, Big For Your Boots is a total musical highlight of the last 12 months. A-ma-zing.

It's a big claim, but I do feel Stormzy is about to break out in a huge way. Maybe not Adele / Ed big, but certainly far bigger than people expect.
