My point is it's obvious the close connection with Apple is the reason why she's constantly featured in key advertising spots.

Honestly, who cares?? In fact, I applaud her label for doing this. Especially when places to promote your songs are so scarce/seem only available to established artists nowadays. It's SO HARD for a new artist nowadays.

 

Ofc they want to do anything they can to secure a hit. It really winds me up when artists are constantly blamed for promoting on more than a couple of tv shows. Olly was getting shit for it, Robbie was too.

 

A promotional opportunity arises and ofc the artists are going to do whatever they can!

Honestly I can see One Last Time being top 10 this week - it's top 50 on Spotify and still selling 4 times as much as #3, so I reckon it can easily make it!

I think the fact it's decreasing is probably the main reason some are doubting it... but when you see that it's STILL doing 15k pure sales today it'll almost certainly manage top 10 which is incred!

Not convinced really, I think it's one of her better singles but never sounded like it was destined to be a hit (makes it all the weirder they shoved the album back 4 months to push this as the lead single!)

 

(still reckon the album will do well, contending for the Top 5 at least considering the push she's got)
