Niall up to 4 :o

 

Although he is at 3 on i-tunes, he is selling double the song at number 4 (and has been for a few days) on there plus has risen heavily on spotify too so not too much of surprise to see it rise so significantly

 

(although saying that I'm surprised he looks like to rise into the top 5... given he was behind Friday and Saturday; but I guess that's 2 days out of 5)

How much of a bounce will Ed Sheeran get by the carpool karaoke on TV tonight (Sky 1)? Does Sky 1 have a large audience?

think it might be up to date with downloads but like 2/3 days behind with streaming?

I think theres definitely streaming missing at this point. I'm The One only increased by 1.7k and it should be getting 2-3k sales daily from Spotify alone.

Hope The Beatles manage a second week at No.1. Never thought it would but the BBC2 documentary on Saturday night obviously helped.

Yes! I was expecting both 5 After Midnight and Fifth Harmony 10 places lower than they are at this point (with all Spotify data included of course).

Wonderful to see Niall so high and resulting in him now been guaranteed his 2nd top 10 hit and possibly first top 5 solo hit. He could possibly overtake his former colleague Liam for number 3.

 

Black Eyed Peas look in with a good chance of staying top 40 but i cant say the same for Coldplays, Fix You.

 

Its now likely Oasis will overtake Halsey in the album chart and as a result loose a top 10 debut. While expected, i am disappointed to see Saint Etienne drop to 22 in the albums.

'My Everything' by Ariana is attracting a larger demographic to her albums, because of that one song. I've had a couple of people (older than 60 I'd guess) ask for "that song she sang with the choir", and with it being in the 2 for £10 offer with her other albums as well as proceeds going to the We Love Manchester fund, they're also buying 'Dangerous Woman'... I'd LOVE to be a fly on the wall in their houses when they hear 'Everyday' or (although they were performed on the night) 'Side To Side'/'Love Me Harder' etc.. :lol:
