All the queens will cite this as being bad because they equate quality with chart success. The entire ‘Glory’ album is supremely underrated and it’s in her holy trinity for me. f*** some sales, I’m just glad she rebounded from the mess that was ‘Britney Jean’.

Liking music then suddenly disliking it when it underperforms or flops is so annoying. Like why.

^ Here it is in higher quality! It's supposedly unfinished, not quite what the final version of the video would have been.

It's certainly... unusual! The "house scenes" are quite random/odd, I'm not sure what they were going for there. Dare I say I find the dance scenes a little on the boring side (maybe it's the camera work not doing it justice, idk??). She does look incredible throughout though.

Even though I'm not hugely enthusiastic about the original video, it would still have been more tolerable than the mess that they came up with to replace it, ugh.

What I like most about it is how unairbrushed it is. Britney looks f***ing HOT!! I guess it's quite a "style over substance" sort of video but anything is better than the one we received. I mean, girls all giggling about Britney having sex isn't really the one.

It's just a matter of them not committing to one idea or the other - if they had went full-on with the dance studio scenes /w some behind the scenes shots or just with the concept of a weird suburban house party then it would've been ok. It just didn't seem like they could decide on one concept or the other, so they just went with both.

It's annoying coz had it been edited better, it really could've worked. I assume it definitely wasn't finished though, but when I saw it I was thinking, OK this is saucier and hotter than I even imagined lmao!
I think with finished editing and a glossy finish it would have turned Make Me into the hit it deserved to be. It was a minor hit anyway, but genuinely could have done that with a better video.
This is legit her worst lead single ever, what are you guys even talking about

WTF are YOU talking about Pal!!!!!????

It still sounds amaze today! It's just so slick and smooth. The production is lush and reminds me of Summer every time.

That video is such a mess. I am not sure more editing could have saved it. It is a shame things went so wrong with the video for this song. With a decent video, this could have had the impacted it needed to break top 40 here. You compare both of those to the slumber party video and they pale in comparison.

It was her biggest hit in my personal chart, its so underrated. I actually think it might be my 2nd favorite Britney lead after Oops tbh.

Still sounding so good 3 years on  Possibly her most underrated single ever?
the only good thing about is her sounding very good on it. It suits her voice perfectly, othen than that, it was a pretty weak lead single.

That video is an absolute MESS! I know she gave up loong ago, but man alive!! Just choose a concept - house weirdness, or warehouse dance - and stick with it!

I don't mind the song but it's not like excellent or anythin. Her best is In The Zone!
