At #80 is the breakthrough hit 'Black Heart' by shortlived girlgroup Stooshe, it followed up Top 5 hit 'Love Me' which was a moderate success however this was a hit on the radio and did very well in the charts. I even think it may be one of the best selling girlgroup singles of the 10's if I remember correctly. I remember being surprised this was a hit, they always seemed to be a act that would be forgotten about quickly and a girlgroup ballad single rarely went down too well. I think the fact it was different to anything else at the time as well as being very radio friendly helped it massively. Unfortunately for them, as quickly as they made it big, they failed just as quick as they had one of the most baffling follow-up singles in a cover of 'Waterfalls' - which was uninspired and no one wanted. I suspect had they been allowed to show off their personalities a bit more and released 'Slip' as the follow up instead they could've been in a better position. Shame.

At #79 is the next single from the Sugababes to fall out. 'About A Girl' was the second single released from their final studio album 'Sweet 7' and was also the first released without Keisha and with new member Jade Ewen - making it technically a completely new girlgroup as the original lineup consisted of Keisha, Mutya & Siobhan :') I don't think they will ever be beaten for most lineup changes, and it unfortunately made them into a bit of a joke leading the album as well as this single and followup 'Wear My Kiss' to flop somewhat. The video was supposed to be a big budget affair but was edited poorly and didn't make much sense at all. I still personally really love the song even if the Keisha version works so much better.

At #78 is the first TLC song to drop out, 'Creep' the lead single for their second studio album 'CrazySexyCool' and a #01 for them in the US for four consecutive weeks! It was also a Top 10 hit over here and the accompanying music video has been deemed as one of the most iconic videos of the 90's - with iconic looks for all three girls. It has recently been referenced in RuPaul's Drag Race by contestant Tatianna with her T-Boz look on the runway which was incredible. I think this is my favourite out of all TLC singles, so slick and effortless and somehow still sounds fresh to this day. I'm happy to see it fairly high on the countdown.

At #77 is the highest single by shortlived girlgroup, Neon Jungle. They looked like they were destined for failure as their debut single 'Trouble' was a fleeting Top 20 hit, however 'Braveheart' was on trend at the time and managed to be a relatively big selling Top 5 hit for the girls and followed it up with a further Top 10 single 'Welcome To The Jungle'. However their success didn't last long as the album went low Top 10 on poor sales and final single 'Can't Stop The Love' failed to make Top 100. I still think it's a shame, and they could have tried a bit harder to be a success as 'Braveheart' clearly connected. Sheeren from the group has since gone on to be a part of X Factor group Cutkelvins who placed 5th in the most recent series.
Braveheart is SUCH a bop, I didn't go back to it for a while and then was reminded again when Shereen popped up on X Factor! Definitely their best.

At #76 is the first of two singles by 90's girlgroup En Vogue to appear. 'My Lovin' (Never Gonna Get It)' was the lead single from their album 'Funky Divas' and is probably their most well known single, or at least was, until 'Don't Let Go (Love)' saw momentum when covered by Little Mix on X Factor. It is also one of the best selling girlgroup singles ever in the US! It is a song very much of it's time but is still a lot of fun, the breakdown part and their harmonies make the song.
'run for cover', 'when i grow up' and 'creep' are far too low, especially some of the pap ahead of them.
About A Girl is INCREDIBLE. Still a song that gets me pumped for a night out like no other. Deserved more here but I guess it's not really a "classic" in the girl group world.
Again, shocked to see Braveheart this low and even to be getting -1s! In what world??? Creep I expected to drop out soon unfortunately, head and shoulders my favourite TLC song and one of my top songs of alltime too.

Only on buzzjack will legendary iconic songs like Creep not even make the top 50.

Mess lol

Kicking off the Top 75 is The Saturdays with lead single 'Notorious' taken off of their third studio album 'On Your Radar' and was written by Ina Wroldsen (who has appeared on hits such as Breathe, Places and How Deep Is Your Love!). It was the girls' first single to adopt the 'on air - on sale' strategy leading to a Top 10 hit but a shortlived one, however it did stick around the lower regions of the charts for a further 10 weeks. It has always been one of my favourite Saturdays songs and still sounds great now! Something different for them - I always think of it as their 'Move'.
Notorious only JUST missed an 11 for me, absolutely adore it and it's the song that truly made me fall in love with The Sats.
Notorious is a bit too low for me too! It’s within my personal top 20!

At #74 is Eternal's only entry in the Top 100, and a bit of a shock to me - I always thought this was much more well loved and I thought this may have been in contention for the Top 20 but I am wrong! It was the girls first #01 , released as the third single off of their third album 'Before The Rain', so fairly late in their career - and much like another girlgroup who got a #01 late into their career, they soon declined after scoring this feat. I have always personally loved the song, a fun uplifting song and there is no denying that chorus!

7 weeks in the top 10 for a great song .

The Saturdays probably just managed to beat that in their entire career .

'Notorious' would have MASSIVE had it not been On Air / On Sale, I mean their opening sales were actually very impressive, it's just a shame that radio never supported it because of its high debut.

'Notorious' would have went top three, it's one of The Saturday's more critically acclaimed song and it would have helped the entire 'On Your Radar' campaign.
