It's much better than God's Plan or Swagger Jagger!

Can't believe Swagger Jagger was this decade!

Shotgun would certainly be the best no.1 of the year so far, by some way.
Shotgun would be great as a #1, as I believe that it would be the first post-album single in quite a while to reach that slot (unless someone can direct me elsewhere).

Swagger Jagger shits on Shotgun

Demi won’t be going top 40 then, seeing as it’s #41. Not sure if Jax Jones will make top 40 either (#42).

Delicate needs to rise! :(

41

The Other Side set to finally debut at 59! <3 <3 LOADS of songs moving to ACR this week. (NTLTC, Bad Vibe, Lullaby, In My Blood, Never Enough, possibly a couple of others)

Delicate avoiding ACR again *.* I think it needs to increase real soon tho, hopefully they'll push the Seeb remix soon!

Ooh at the other side finally being able to debut shame could have peaked higher without three track rule

Wonder where each track could have peaked without it

Poor demi her best and most heartfelt track for a while (heart attack still my fave) and it not going to do well

Good to see LM/CC top 20 but even that gonna struggle to stay top 40 this week and to think I thought it had a slim chance of number 1 this week

As for swagger jagger being the worst number 1 of the decade na we had worse

Not that long ago at all - it'd be the third post-album single to be at #1 this year after 'Perfect' and 'River'.

(I suppose 'River' was arguably a simultaneous single release alongside Eminem's album, and 'Perfect' only got to #1 because of the new Beyoncé duet version - but even excluding those two it's been less than a year since the more unambiguous case of 'New Rules').

Think with the missing Spotify data CB could still have a chance!!

Great first numbers for Panic!!

the anti-Drake at @1

Incredible @1

Far from alt indie but at least a guy that plays guitar at @1

Also nice to see something that appeals to adults at @1

Instead of the usual music aimed at little girls age 7-12

Like the bark-bark-quack-quack songs

Nope 0 chance

Actually shotgun is ahead on spotify

I'm no Panic! fan but hopefully they stay at #1 just so we can have something other than yet another week of TGS by default.

Not keen on Shotgun going to #1 either, but the song is made for summer and we've got really hot weather so that alongside its price reduction means it isn't much of a surprise. Good to see Cheat Codes top 20 and Tyga top 40 anyway.

Hardly by default considering it's the most consistent seller of the year!

Swagger Jagger was such a monstrosity. Even Jessie J wouldn’t have lowered herself, and she released Its My Party.

I'd agree if Shotgun hadn't overtaken Solo on Spotify as well :)

I'm all for a brand new #1 even if it does knock Solo off, which is one of my favourite songs of the year

Don't think anyone a few months ago could've predicted George Ezra would have a #1 single. It's nice to have something a bit different at the top!

Jane Mcdonald going to outsell Lily Allen 😂😂😂 and already outsold xtina Aguilera 😂😂😂 it's the kylie cover of Step Back in Time

Dua Lipa New Rules comes to mind. And you might include Ed Perfect but then it was fueled by Beyonce and Andrea Bocelli duet separately so it's depend on you how to view the post album singles.

OT: YES Shotgun #1 on the Monday update. :cheer: Please keep the lead till Friday.
