I think everyone who has been on the site since the start should be a veteran

It was only a suggestion, I know its up to management to allocate roles. You make some good points there though.

Just in addition to Lotti and Jester's points, it's not just a title- I know the name just suggests they've been on Buzzjack for a long time but it's still a management role, nothing to do with join date. Veteran's are basically a selection of still active former Global Mods and/ or Admins that have stepped down. I guess if you were to put it in real world terms it's like going part time on a job or going into semi retirement (even tho all the Veterans here are still very very young :o ) only in this case there's zero obligation.
