LOVE THIS I’m bopping so hard it gets better with every listen imo . Jesy and Leigh in particular sound great on this as well . I like Nicki’s verse it ain’t her best ever but it’s serviceable and does the job .

It isn't much different from the Jess Glynne version that's true, but it didn't really need to be. The girls have better vocals that aren't strained af and they inject their sass and attitude, plus a decent rap from Nicki (agreed, FAR from her best but fine for a pop song like this) and made it a great little track, that's all it needed tbh.

I've avoided demos and teasers like the plague! On first listen, really good. Their songs are so often in your face and instant that I feel *slightly* disappointed but yeah, I can tell it's a song I'm gonna really love, they usually just hit me round the head with an undeniable banger.

Insta added as Track #15 on Hot Hits UK aswell.

The verses are MUCH better than the chorus which is so underwhelming. It feels like it’s leading to a huge moment but never gets there.

Hmm I do rather like the chorus and I do hope it is a grower. I just can't get my head around at how much it sounds like S2S for me.

The bassline at parts still sounds incredibly like Bad Blood but it’s not as bad as I thought it would be :P Nicki’s part isn’t anything special in fact it almost sounds as if this is a post-album single with her added as a bonus rapper :lol: Feels like a bit of an afterthought

The playlist video is up now and I love it. Also its on Hot Hits UK as well right in the middle of the playlist. Hopefully both the video and the song will be moved up later in the week but at least they're both there.

 

Also they're 6 on the main NMF playlist which is higher than I expected.

Jade (I think it’s her) sounds FAB on the pre chorusy bits. All very Side to side which is fine as I love it, but my only critique is you can really see the Jess influence in the songwriting!

Its very Dangerous Woman. Quite like it, a switch up for them a lot though!

 

Not mad on Nicki's part though. Thta beat was crying out for a faster flow like on Side To Side or Majesty. It's alright but, nothing special from her unfortunately. Maybe will fit with the video.

I don’t like this as much as I want to.

It’s just exactly what you’d expect from a Little Mix/Nicki collaboration and has been done a million times before.

Not mad on Nicki’s verse either, hate the way the woman like me chant comes in straight after her part, it sounds really messy.

 

I’m sure I’ll be going back on my word in no time but right now it’s probably their weakest lead for me
