very disappointing sales for Bocelli, thought he'd done double than that
Why is the dismal leave a light on back in the chart? Sorry if this has been answered already I did have a quick skim of the thread.

I believe that's the result of a performance on Channel 4's Stand Up To Cancer fundraiser.

Welp now I feel terrible.

Fingers crossed Sigala remains top 10, saw him perform in Brixton last week and he ended on just got paid - loving it a lot atm!

Still a good chance for Billie Eilish to make Top 40 for first time, sitting at #44 and strong on streams.
Why is ASIB not selling better? For a big hit movie, critical acclaim and with 2 big stars the sales have been fairly lackluster since it was released? It's hardly a smash hit when you compare to The Greatest Showman?

What? It should easily sell 150-200k by the end of the year and I’d call that a huge success!

6-10

7 Queen - The Platinum Collection

8 Thom Yorke - Suspiria *

9 Culture Club & Boy George - Life *

11-20

12 Robyn - Honey

15 The Kingdom Choir - Stand By Me *

16 Razorlight - Olympus Sleeping *

19 Tory Lanez - Love Me Now *

Has Robyn upset someone? Doesn't she deserve a little asterisk too? ;)

I hate the comparisons between ASIB and the greatest showman they are so different. People need to remember the greatest showman was a family film so the range of audience is going to be greater and the film was a musical ASIB isn’t and the greatest showman also had the luxury of returning to the cinemas due to a song along version

Lol at Little Mix of all artists being at the centre of the Nicki/Cardi feud. What perfect timing for this week's "chart battle".
Tom Odell deserves more - album of the year for me already tbh and an epic return to form after his disappointing 2nd album.

As has been said, the film and songs from TGS are more family focused and pop orientated, so far more accessible to the general public. TGS has been a phenomenon like when Frozen came out and Let It Go was everywhere. Definitely the exception to the rule on how musical soundtracks do.

I would put Star Is Born in the same group as musicals like La La Land, where although the music is important, a lot more people are going for the actual film and story. Considering the current market, I would say it is doing very well.

pity no update yesterday, was curious to see if L Mix was closing the gap or not, think theres always YT data missing from the 1st updates (for some reason YT seems even slower than Spotify reporting) and on YT Little Mix are doing double than Gaga
Could 'Bohemian Rhapsody' sneak into the Top40 on Friday?

Well it's not far off so maybe and surely Scott would play it.
