Better late than never.

It's never too late! :cheer:

Not sure if this was posted already! Kylie Christmas sales when it re-entered the chart on 25th November:

Weekly sales: 1,581 [1,392 Vinyl, 123 Streaming, 57 CDs, 9 Downloads]

Total: 160,318

Disco, Golden and Kylie Christmas all on very similar sales but credit to Disco its much newer than the other albums and never got toured and is on the highest sales of the 3.

Thanks for the breakdown…hopefully it’ll will have added 4-5k more ‘sales’ through streaming by the end of December.

Fingers crossed it’s U.K. streams are good enough for a cheeky re entry this week or next.

I'd be happy to see kylie Christmas re enter the top 100 again even for just a week, if it does it will be a surprise but I'm not overly hopeful.

Kylie's current Top 10 most popular on Spotify:

1) Santa Baby

2) Can't Get You Out of My Head

3) Santa Claus is Coming to Town

4) It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year

5) At Christmas

6) Can't Get You Out of My Head (Peggy Gou remix)

7) In Your Eyes

8) Winter Wonderland

9) The Loco-motion

10) A Second to Midnight

Considering 'Christmas Isn't Christmas...' isn't on any of the main playlists, nearly a 1m increase is pretty good going compared to all the other non-playlisted songs.

Think CICTYGH is on some specialist Italian/ other European playlists still.

Be great if White December, EDLC, Oh Santa and Christmas Wrapping could be playlisted again.

A clear sign that they should make something of it one year (like they should've done in the beginning)

Having original songs such as Christmas Isn’t Christmas Til You Get Here and White December, which could and should have been chosen as singles to launch the album, but instead they went with a cover of a song that isn’t even a Christmas song (Only You)… who do we specifically blame for this poor decision making!!

Santa Claus Is Coming to Town is one of my least favourite covers on the album so of course it’s the one (outside of Santa Baby) that gets the best Spotify exposure. <_<

It’s great to see At Christmas doing that well though. I’ve said it before but I don’t understand why it wasn’t performed on the X Factor. Surely they could have thrown together a cheap music video for it too.

It’s unfortunate that the song with a proper music video, Every Day’s Like Christmas, ended up being removed from her official channel presumably because of the fact that it prominently features her ex (never a great thing to mix business with pleasure). So that was essentially a waste of time in terms of being a promotional tool each Christmas. I see it doesn’t do particularly great numbers on Spotify so it probably wasn’t a good choice of single in the first place. I do really like it though, but it wasn’t the most obvious choice.

(The handling of this era by and large really irritates me  )

I think they were banking on the fact Chris Martin wrote 'Every Day...' to boost it. Sort of like how they relied on Pharrell Williams' name being attached when they chose 'I Was Gonna Cancel' as a single.

At least it's still available on Warner Germany's official YouTube channel:
