Wow! I know sales are low but I never expected to see any of the Killers Christmas songs getting this high again! Particularly this one. Has it been used anywhere?

 

This came on in my Xmas song shuffle today and after Boots and Great Big Sled is def one of my favs, great track!

So Zayns next release will be a Christmas album next October?

god I hope not. looks like he won't be completely bombing out the chart this week then, could even stay top 10, but surely not #1 for a 2nd week?!?

 

I hope this is Mariah's week because I worry the OCC will change the ratio again next year to make it impossible for her to ever reach #1.

I can't see LadBaby still selling this well across the whole week so seems almost certain he won't be #1, remaining top 10 is certainly a possibility however although the Xmas streams will be quite the hurdle to overcome.

 

Can't see Mariah making it either, she couldn't do it on SCR last year so there's no reason to think she'll do it on ACR this year, it's not as if streams have doubled in just 1 year. Admittedly sales are lower this year but still... too much of an ask.

 

So... Ava Max or Mark Ronson to get their turn hopefully!

The thing is Christmas is on Tuesday this year instead of Monday so that's one extra day of Christmas buildup that counts to the post-Christmas chart. So Mariah will have more of a chance.

 

Next year it will be Wednesday which is an even better day for Christmas to land on as Thursday's estimated streams will be higher than they actually are (unless the OCC have a formula for knowing how much Christmas songs streams drop on Boxing Day). So if OCC don't mess around with the ratio then that is Mariah's absolute best chance at #1.

Are people still buying this Ladbaby song? it's been on pink in kworb almost non stop.

Would this be likely to enter the iTunes top 10? I hope it does as the song has really grown a lot on me and it's a lot better than most of Post Malone's songs.

LadBaby got to #1 cos for a couple days he was selling 10-15 times more than #2 on iTunes, thats how he got 30K in 1 day

 

now he's doing just twice relative to #2, meaning it's 4K a day

 

so no chance this week, not even close

If he does 25k on downloads it'll still be enough to ease him into a top 15 position this week which is t bad for a song of that type considering people thought they would be out of the top 40!

Ladbaby dropped 14% today alone - will be off the top spot well before Xmas day!

It might do okay from TOTP Christmas - I think kids will love it tbh
