Westlife looking pretty secure for another week top 30. Never expected the song to hang around so long in the top 40, so hats off to them.
This would be very welcoming news, not just to see the reactions in the Chart Show thread :D
They may not be able to play the song though... or even tell us the title of it.

oh my I guess Im not in touch with young kids vocabulary, but didn't have a clue what Thothiana meant

thought it was just a person's name

then I had to google Thot cos I didn't know it either, now I know thanks to urban dictionary :)

You're probably right above both parts but if they do play it I expect they'll just mention the artist & not the song title they did with Apeshit last year.

Arianas fans are apparently boycotting 7 Rings on streaming in order to give “Girlfriend” its best shot at #1 LOL

Neither song is innovative, but this new song is better than that mess that is currently on top

She has fans?

The strangest and most ill-informed criticism of Ariana I've ever seen.

Yes for Lewis Capaldi! hope he can stay top 3...

Also hope CamelPhat can stay top 40; looking more likely than last week

Yes to CamelPhat climbing a place from yesterday. Hope they can remain by tomorrow but would be even better if they go straight into the top 30

wow impressed Lewis top 3!!!!!!!!!!

he's now #1 on iTunes, #2 on Apple Music (only beaten by Im bored), #5 on Spotify and #8 on YT, Ewell ahead of Sam Smith/Calvin in all platforms

looks good for both Tom Walker and Camelphat to stay top 40!!!

Needy down to 7 would be ideal if dropped out of top 10 by the weekend but unlikely, its only that high due to album streams anyway

Westlife have improved their position from yesterdays update.

The Top 5 albums should all clear 10k each which is welcoming.

Blimey, 'You Know I Know' set to stay around the 22-23 mark for another week. It's showing more stability than I thought it would after Christmas! Has there ever been an instance of an album staying for several consecutive weeks around a lower bracket of the chart?
Massive oof for Ward Thomas at #8, when their last album got to #1

Maybe, but given they're not really a singles band and they're also a country act - a minority genre where the charts are concerned - top 10 is still a good achievement. Although for comparison if we must, The Shires are actually showing more growth given their last album 'Accidentally On Purpose' went top 3 last April. It's a fabulous album actually, I've been listening to it on Spotify today.
