March 25, 20196 yr I would DIE for a Jade Goody or Nikki Grahame, that classic era of Big Brother is something so British that I would love to be represented! Also maybe one of the classic soap characters like Deirdre Barlow or Peggy Mitchell would be iconic.

I think both could work quite well, especially if doing Jessica Fletcher/Mary Poppins/Maria von Trapp. Catherine Tate or one of her characters - Nan or Lauren in particular. Victoria Beckham/Posh spice. Dawn French/Geraldine Granger. The more I think about it, the longer my wishlist becomes. I hope the first season is successful and that we'll get many more seasons in the future!
March 30, 20196 yr I don't think they're actually allowed to do characters on Drag Race but ik others have got around it by saying they're the actress but just doing the character (for example Stacy Layne Matthews as Monique but clearly as Precious' mum). They could easily say they're Dawn French but do Geraldine, that'd be iconic as would Lauren or Nan *.*
April 16, 20196 yr i second jill tyrell lew! that'd be EVERYTHING reading all these suggestions makes me realise how completely british and british only these 'characters' would be. like when i watch the US snatch game i pretty much know all the people being parodied but an american watching the UK version will have no idea who a peggy mitchell or a tracy beaker is and yet they're so ingrained into the public psyche here. the smaller the name / more niche, the funnier they'll be. like i already know i'd find a parody of kim woodburn 10x funnier than adele for example. i can't wait!!
