July 19, 20195 yr This is really good! I like it more than 'Blame It On Your Love' (which I quite liked, but for some reason couldn't get completely on board with).
July 23, 20195 yr Why does she sound like a Dua try hard here The confidence to post this after Ellie Goulding’s past three singles have been redundant regurgitations.
July 26, 20195 yr I absolutely love this. Charli is very hit and miss for me but I guess it kind of does help that it feels like a Christine song over a Charli production as stated here earlier! Mabel’s upcoming Anxiety Anthem has a lot to live up to...
July 26, 20195 yr I don't know what's more awful - the bland song or Christine's look & cringey moves in the video. She looks like Caitlyn Jenner in her fifties. This is a MAJOR step down from the brilliance of Blame It On Your Love. Edited July 26, 20195 yr by Voodoo
August 4, 20195 yr 'Gone' is absolute genius. I've slept on Charli's post-N1Angel stuff way too much because I adore everything from this album so far. Why. Why?
August 4, 20195 yr Okay this has massively grown on me now! The video really brings the song to life too!
August 4, 20195 yr I disagree so much with the looks comment, Christine loks Amazing. Idk if I want to date her or BE her.
August 5, 20195 yr I don't know what's more awful - the bland song or Christine's look & cringey moves in the video. She looks like Caitlyn Jenner in her fifties. This is a MAJOR step down from the brilliance of Blame It On Your Love. Couldn’t disagree more with this. I can’t understand how anybody could find this bland? I like Blame It On Your Love a lot (although it really pales in comparison to Track 10) but it’s far less interesting than Gone. The lyrics, structure and production in Gone are all so much more refreshing and original. Christine looks incredible as always.
August 9, 20195 yr I found this song pretty underwhelming on first listen but thankfully it has grown on me a lot and I am absolutely loving it now, one of Charli's best songs to date! It really does sound more like a Christine song but with Charli-style production like a couple of people have said already (which is exactly what I was wanting after hearing about this collab so idk why it wasn't more instant for me xx).
August 9, 20195 yr This is Christine's highest charter on my personals - my favourite thing she's ever done. I hear what you are saying Bre too about it being a Chris song with Charli. That makes me wonder what will the album be like - eclectic styles with Charli appearing on them rather than Charli bringing guests into her world, perhaps?!
August 21, 20195 yr Charli will be performing this with Christine during Live Lounge month in September! *.*
September 10, 20195 yr So the Live Lounge performance of this was incredible - why has nobody commented on it/posted it yet?! glWkKuOgWjw Charli and Christine just gel so perfectly on this! I absolutely love the final minute or so with the vocal effects mixed in - how this hasn't become a huge hit is a travesty :( They also covered The 1975's TooTime tp3xFiQuT0A I don't really know the song very well but they really made it sound like it's their own song, it could fit in on the album
September 12, 20195 yr Charli and Chris are performing this on Jonathan Ross on Saturday. ACTUAL promo.
September 15, 20195 yr 25VonM45xsU Great performance has gotten the song up 80 places iTunes to #33! Shame Hot Hits Uk took it off weeks ago, it would have probably gotten a new peak
September 15, 20195 yr What a phenomenal performance. The song has always been in my affections but with the album release it's really cementing itself as a song of the year. It's how you do collabs!
