August 5, 20195 yr she's getting there :D I've read she's done a Tiny Desk concert, which are always amazing EDIT: Found it DFiLdByWIDY
August 12, 20195 yr well, if her label pushed it properly in the UK... seems they're pushing Good as Hell right now
August 12, 20195 yr It's going to be one of those songs, like Juice, where so many people in the UK know it but the charts say otherwise. Just look at her set at Glastonbury — the crowd were insane.
August 12, 20195 yr ^ Agreed! I watched her Glastonbury performance of 'Juice' and was really surprised at how crazy the crowd went for it. You'd be mistaken for thinking it was a massive number one.
August 12, 20195 yr the problem has been the lack of Spotify support... and now she finally has it.... but it's for Good as Hell instead
August 20, 20195 yr With the support that she is getting for 'Good As Hell'. How do you see that doing for her?
August 21, 20195 yr I just do not understand why there seems to be a UK push for "Good As Hell"?! I know it's been on an advert and so has "Juice" but where is the sense in pushing a song that was released years ago and isn't even on the current album?! Strange.

I think her label are playing the long game and are focusing on establishing Lizzo rather than aiming to make the album a hit, they are pushing the songs that are showing potential of taking off on their own and then just supporting them. I am sure they will return to the album eventually. Edited August 21, 20195 yr by Dmdr
August 22, 20195 yr Apparently there's a remix of this with DaBaby coming out soon. Coming for that Hot 100 #1? (this is just going to start happening for pretty much any song that has a reasonable chance of being boosted to #1 by a new remix now isn't it  I know it's not an entirely new strategy but definitely seems to be getting more common in the immediate wake of 'Old Town Road', with both 'bad guy' and 'Ransom' also getting the 'tag on another random artist' remix treatment in the last few weeks).
August 22, 20195 yr Did Katy Perry use this strategy? cannot recall it? I remember Rihanna/Britney, was it on S&M? Ed-Perfect was the one that raised more eyebrows :D
