And thank you so much to everyone who voted for Missing Paradise (especially the 9 at the end from Wholune!), would never have predicted this to come top ten! On a tiebreak as well, reminds me of when Terrain missed out on a place in the top ten by a tiebreak! This has made my day, thank you all!

To be fair I'm on my longest ever qualifying streak atm so can't complain too much. Congratulations again! Mid table for Suedeonia is pretty nice but I was cheering that on to win, by far and away my highlight of the contest.

August 4, 20195 yr Congrats Leww on another win! The song was 18th in my rankings so it's an OK winner. A bit disappointing that the fab New Lexico and Niceland songs finished in the bottom eight but at least my 18 pointer from Fljotavik managed to scrape into the top 20.

August 4, 20195 yr My scoreboard all matches, the details of the tiebreaks went a little wrong (looks like the range in the spreadsheet for the vote counts is missing out a few columns) so just quickly edited those in the post but all the positions & points were correct! Ending up losing out on a top 10 on a tiebreak ha! Naturally that's a tiny bit frustrating (what could have been xx) but I really have nothing to complain about here as I'd never have predicted 'Othan' to be this high anyway (to compare it to 'Odal' again, I thought that song's result of 16th was about the best realistic target to aim for so I'm thrilled to have slightly outdone that), and there's no better country to lose out to in this scenario than Arcodesia, consider this a bit of positive karma coming through after the coin landed the other way up for pg.lost! Well done on your first top 10 coi, much deserved for a great entry and after all the dust you were paid for the rest of 2019 to date. Plus 11th is a unique position for me so it's good to get that off the board. Down to only needing 7th, 8th and 9th to complete my set not only of top 10s but now of the entire top 26 :lol: I really need to find some low top 10 form from somewhere!! Thanks muchly again to everyone who voted for 'Othan' :wub: especially for the 3 18s and 4 15s which is my best haul of medal positions for quite a while, operation 'turn out niche supporters' a roaring success *.* I knew my semi-final was a good draw for me but hahaha at me worrying that I might still miss out and then it turns out I came 3rd in the semi :D although these semi 2 results are absolutely wild in general to the point of being pretty much meaningless, it almost looks like it could essentially have been an 18 way tie for first, the only way to explain the absolute ridiculousness of FSR Rontvia going from winning the semi to being bottom 3 in the final...! That has to be a damn near unbeatable record right there. I actually had FSR Rontvia at 3 points after my first listen of the semi as well although they ended up missing out as the song kind of peaked for me on first listen, I do still like it though and it did deserve better than it got for sure. Anyways, I wasn't the biggest fan of 'I'm Good' but here for Brechtoria also getting a first top 10 and in dramatic fashion at that! Thrilled to see Thelonia getting a first medal position finish (although I support #endtheloniaracism now being replaced by #enddobagoracism, Thelonia are practically the BJSC bourgeoisie at this stage) with another great entry as well as Budtar also smashing their best result to date. And seeing TARO Bellamia in the top 5 again for the first time since tyDi is crazy, I can't say I cared for this song at all but congrats Joseph!! Very happy with Vülkyria getting top 10 too. Such a fresh looking top 10 once you look past it being another Aeroche win. Beyond that also great results for Utopia and Skall, a slightly better result than I expected for Espen (though still deserved better) and I suppose Jadakissnia as well, that should be wayyy higher but 30th place is nothing to sniff at for a male Slovak rap song :magic: a little disappointed at the positions for Cor Lupus, République d'Áskorza and Niceland and a lot disappointed at the positions for Dobago (my feelings were made clear earlier in the thread :P) and Flynnonda (thought this could have done similarly to their last entry, but at least it wasn't a DNQ I guess). Thanks for stepping in and hosting so wonderfully as ever Lew, a real shame that technical difficulties nearly entirely prevented Aesthetica's hosting from happening, let's hope they'll get another shot at hosting in the future hopefully with a working laptop xx I don't blame you for passing on hosting next month, all aboard to Brechtoria then if Bradders is up for taking on the challenge so soon after returning :o

And thanks very much, this result makes up for pg.lost losing on a tiebreak! (Although Terrain is still my favourite entry to this contest :D) Top ten is such a surprise for me after all the DNQs! I was already pleased to have achieved my goal of reaching the final, for it to become Arcodesia’s highest placed entry to date is crazy. And congrats on finishing in another unique position, amazing how few you have left now!
