As Marr said; Javid knows more about the possible spending of Labour than he does of his own plans. In fact he couldn't answer any of Marr's questions and just kept returning to the same Tory Rhetoric of Corbyn is bad, get Brexit done - repeat to fade

The Tories can't seem to sell themselves on the merit of their own proposals/ what they want to do. They can only make themselves look better by trying to run down the competition.

This is all too typical. A party that has been in power for nearly ten years should be questioned about their record and their plans for the future. They should not be able to get away with slagging off what the opposition did when they were in power or simply parroting lazy slogans about the opposition.

BNP, NF, Britain First etc are not going save any deposits let alone win any seats, so which Racist/fascist parties did you have in mind?

If you seriously don't count Farages clan and the Tories to some extent as racist.....seriously.....

They will publish their spending plans in the manifesto in a few days. He said that.

So that gives Sajid free reign to make up lies about Labour's spending- Lazy politics.

And very convenient that they'll publish in a few days - surely as Chancellor he should know their plans

Is there anything a Troy can say that you will not swallow whole? You seem to think it is OK for Javid to attack unpublished Labour plans, but reveal nothing about his own party's plans.

No. He believes any old shit.

The tory journos are out with their measuring tapes, measuring how low a 70 year old man can bow. Banana republic.

Only because the definition of bigotry has expanded an absurd amount in the last several decades. In the 70's, it was almost only used for the Nazis, and people who paraded round in white hoods and burned crosses. Nowadays you risk accusation if you so much as look away from a same-sex couple displaying affection in public, or use a 'wrong' pronoun.

Was calling Muslim women letterboxes ok back in the good old 70s?

Good. Racists, sexists, homophobes and transphobes who do not seek to correct their behaviour when told it is wrong* belong in the dustbin of history. For most of these, it is laughably easy to not be a bigot, to not denigrate people because of their race, sex, sexuality and gender. The one that society is currently learning and you can make a mistake with is pronouns, but that's also incredibly easy! If unsure, ask for preferred pronouns, listen respectfully to what the person prefers and use what they ask in the future. You have to put work into being a bigot.

*this is key, no one is going to ostracise you if you didn't know you were being a bigot and stop, but these people's (Brexit Party politicians, Tory candidates etc) habits show a consistent and unapologetic trend to keep things the way they were no matter the people they hurt and marginalise while doing so.

Bojo laid his wreath upside-down - probably pissed as a fart after the vip lunches. Fortunately, the press was too busy praising Javid over Jeremy's 10£ min wage plans yet savaging Corbyn's original plan and far too busy with their measuring tapes investigating a 70 year old man's bow.

Also, civil servants have been in discussions with the Trumo administration over the NHS. They will force it to spend 500 mill extra a week on US drug prices and carve it up under a 27 billion dollar deal.

Farage was racist back in the 70s too. He used to sing Nazi songs in school.

Then you won't want to hear how some current Labour members were communists in their youth...

Which ones? And as a response to vile late stage capitalism yes? I think being a fascist is worse than believing in economic equality. Sorry bout it!
Have now blocked any more PM's from you Michael. It's not fair you sending me nasty messages as you have done again today and yet not allowing my right of reply. You have me on ignore and PM's blocked. Don't dish it out if you can't take it back.

At least Boris BOWED but Corbyn didn't as in other years.

Given what actual communist regimes were up to in the 1970s Michael, I will kindly suggest that defending those who supported such regimes at this time is not a hill you want to die on.

Although I would be interested to hear which current Labour members vidcapper claims were card-carrying communists in the 70s.

Not to be an ideological purist, but the idea behind communism is after all an economic ideology.

Vidcapper pointing at the left and screaming communist!! sounds very Tory right wing McCarthyist.

I have heard a rumour on another forum that Boris has become tee-total until 13th December. Yes he says he won't touch anything alcoholic for the rest of the election campaign.
