The thing is with the X Factor Celebrities track the proceeds from the track is not going to generate a lot of sales to the charities, if the track bombs after a week, as Bre said above, Megan would have been better off releasing 'This' as the winners single and donate its sales to the charities.

‘It Must Of Been Love’ was obviously planned to be the winners single with it being properly recorded but they must of decided to go with a group single in hope it would do better in the charts. ‘This’ should really have been the winners single as it does seem popular but they might be saving that for next year for an official release as Megan’s first proper single.

If anything they must've been considering "This" as a possible "proper" single because they remixed and extended it for the final. But also Simon seemed to get in his head that doing the Christmas version of It Must Have Been Love was a genius idea and wanted to push that too.

It Must Have Been Love is a gorgeous song by Roxette and Megan has done a very good cover.

No the performances released throughout the series are recordings from the tv studio during a rehearsal or something which is why they have X Factor Recording in brackets apart from It Must Of Been Love which sounds more polished compared to the version released last week. To be honest though the whole series was a complete shambles and looked made up on the spot so it’s fitting they don’t even know what song to release properly

Well there’s clearly a difference in recording between ‘This’ and ’It Must Have Been Love’ because one has X Factor recording tagged on like all the other recordings and the other one doesn’t which sounds like a proper recorded single to my ears. ‘This’ was probably extended because Megan had more time to sing it in the final compared to week 1 when they were rushing through all contestants and the results.
