This week's post-Xmas chart #1 battle seems to be shaping up to be more interesting than the Xmas #1 again.

Thought we'd get some predictions in before the first-look chart and any other updates start revealing numbers

I selected Mariah more out of personal preference to be honest, but I do think she has a really good shot this year. Would be nice for her to get their on the 25th anniversary. I also want Wham to keep the record for best selling #2 which I expect Mariah's sales to overtake in the not too distant future.

 

Stormzy will have the #1 next week after the christmas music dies off, so he will still get his time at the top.

I predicted Stormzy, it would be great for him to get there over the Christmas break as all the GAMMON on social media are currently going for him after he pointed out some home truths about the UK.

I don’t think the Tory voters will be too mad - the Tories are running the country whilst Labour supporters celebrate Stormzy getting to (possibly) #1 :lol:
