According to ~exclusive leaks~ on PopJustice (that Jay mentioned on Skype) Halsey and Louise are #4 and #5 on the album chart as of today. But the person who posted that didn't divulge who the top 3 are. Presumably Eminem will be #1 by miles, I'm more interested in who #2/3 are... will get the update tomorrow ofc ~

was about to post the same, apparently Louise was #4 on the Sat mids, and down to #5 on Sun mids, per the Louise thread on popjustice,

they also have Eminem at #1 and Halsey now at #4

Sales should be really strong this week for January, in the USA Eminem is doing over 300k! I imagine he will do around 50k here this week too!

The Courteeners and Bombay Bicycle Club for #2 and #3 this week surely? Pesky Eminem!

2-5 on the album chart this week could well be a real battle!

Expecting Lewis to probably end up top 3 again by Friday though.

was just checking and Kamikaze, which was a similar surprise album with just streams and downloads on week 1, did 55k, 30K from streams and 25K from downloads

By contrast, Revival, which had a regular release and was available on physicals on week 1 did 132K but that Q4 so hard to compare

Given there's no physical copies, I'd be interested to see Eminem's sales so far.

The CD has been put back a week. Amazon has it as released on 31st now.

Can't see it, without a CD release. Maybe on week 3.

Is Eminem looking likely to be #1 until BRITs week?

I think his last album got four weeks at #1 and I think it would take a major release or event to knock him off.

(Watch him be confirmed as a BRITs performer  )

Courteeners sold less than 600 copies yesterday, Eminem sold almost 4.5k. No competition for #1 despite the current situation!

The Top 2 album result is a shock.

I expected Eminem to be sitting at Number 1 without any doubt.

Number 7 i don't think is enough to keep Louise Top 10 although the signing may help her.

He would have been with a CD release too this week as it's No.1 on Amazon.

Eminem is sure to takeover as the week progresses and the CD release will either help him stay at Number 1 or return to Number 1.

surprisingly good sales for Courteeners though it looks like Eminem will still be able to make #1 if they're just 2k ahead.

#1 single could still go either way between the top 3 then I think,

Eminem's outdoing Stormzy on AM/Spotify at the moment so he could overtake and get the double.

surprised how far behind Roddy is though, but there's still a possibility he could get a last minute surge when AM/Spotify catch up.

Pet Shop Boys should do about 15k next week, and will probably nose ahead in the opening midweeks, but I guess even on streams and downloads alone Eminem will be looking at a 20k second week at worst.

Shame as I was hoping they could get their first No.1 in nearly 30 years.

Hopefully The Box can catch up to Eminem and maybe even Stormzy by the end of the week, 1.1k isn't a huge gap

Disappointed to see Halsey already behind Lewis tbh, hopefully she doesn't fall too far down the top 10

Bombay might hold onto #3 but it'll be close.

Very close top 3 in singles. Darkness as expected now Eminem's 3rd track. Shotgun threatening to re-enter for a third week (it still won't).
