It is good to see the Top 3 all so close as the Number 1 could go anyway.

So Stormzy is up ~4.8k from yesterday, Eminem ~4.9k and Roddy ~5.1k - if they continued at that rate it looks like it'd end up being Roddy #1, Stormzy #2 and Eminem #3 but with only a couple hundred separating all 3 (there's no doubt some rounding errors in that calculation though). Eminem has gained a lot from being added to Hot Hits on Spotify which could definitely make all of the difference here  The Weeknd really not that far off #1 either and he has his music video coming out today so he could actually be in contention too ;o (probably more likely next week though).

It feels like we've had unusually many weeks of late where the #1 single has felt genuinely competitive. And I've generally predicted them massively wrong I think. Oops x

I'm loving the singles chart this week, its really a 4 way contention. I really can't call it.

Dua Lipa for the length the song has charted isnt far behind all the big contenders for Number 1.

I know Dua Lipa sadly has no chance of going to Number 1 but is holding up competitively.

Halsey is just 200 copies ahead of Stormzy, there is a big sales gap between 6 & 7, she might just fall to #6 by the end of the week.

at least it looks like Bombay is safe for #3 and that Ed won't catch them

kinda poor update for Courteneers again, 700 copies, at least Bombay did 1K...

also poor update for Halsey, just 600 copies today, at this rate she won't even do 8K :/

looks like the Eminem & Ed song is a bit of a flop :D happy to see that Ed doesn't have the Midas touch with everything he does :D

Well Ed has never done consistently well with features, 'River' and 'Own It' are the exceptions rather than the rule lol ~ this will still be one of his higher charting features and that's without actually being a single (doing much better than Fuse ODG's 'Boa Me' and Taylor Swift's 'End Game' which both didn't even go top 40). Went unnoticed by this forum iirc but he was actually featured on 2 songs on The Game's 'Born 2 Rap' album just a couple of months ago and they didn't even go top 200 on Spotify :P

(I did think it'd do better than this, just saying it's been clear for a while that Ed isn't immune to flopping xx)

Anyone know how much Louise has sold between the Monday and Tuesday updates?

I’m crossing fingers that she stays top 10!

when you think about it, kinda crazy how End Game flopped

a song by Taylor Swift and featuring both Ed Sheeran and Future, and still it flopped

That’s one of the biggest chart surprises of the last decade for me.

Expected it to at least go top ten and be a smash!

It was widely expected to be a huge hit so it flopping was a huge surprise to many.

Very close sales for the top 3. Looks like Eminem will get it but I want Roddy to get it
I think the HH boost will ensure Emeniem the double #1 this week, hopefully Roddy will get there eventually though

Louise is fighting to stay Top 10 - signed version reduced to £4.99 on Amazon, standard version and free delivery £5 on her website plus another HMV signing announced for this Thursday.

Album charts are the new battleground in the same way the singles charts used to be years ago.

Louise really wants that Top 10 place and with everything i hope she gets it.
Louise to do a Claire Richards - make the top 10 and drop out of top 100 following week?
Lady Gaga new single “ stupid love” has leaked online, Wonder it this means this will come out this Friday?

That's the way I kinda felt it might go.

but still don't get how Godzilla has been ahead of The Box

On Spotify, The Box was well ahead all week and Godzilla only caught up yesterday

on Apple, The Box has also always been ahead except a few hours on Saturday

on Amazon, The Box definitely always ahead with big difference

only on itunes Godzilla was ahead but was on 0.25 and The Box at 0.10, which is just a 100 copies difference per day...
