bizarre they didn't even mention earlier that Eminem was at #12, they're really the opposite of professionals

Impressive to see The Weeknd this high (although I doubt it'll stay that high by Friday), and nice to see the Juice WRLD collab as the highest of Eminem's entries too.

'Darkness' could still be top 5 considering it'll be the track with the most video streams, or maybe it is #12 (or 'Unaccommodating' is there and R1 have decided to just pretend it doesn't exist cos of the controversy) and The Weeknd is surprisingly high.

I feel like that would make sense!

ah so it is Unaccommodating then. I think Darkness will manage to oust it from the chart by Friday though.

I think the final verse of Godzilla is the fastest Eminem's ever rapped so that must be helping it a lot, alongside it being Juice WRLD's first posthumous release.

It was probably a mistake...

Hope The Box, Blinding Lights and Life Is Good all pick up a lot over the week, the top of the charts needs a shake up

Seems kind of curious that 'Godzilla' is so much higher than 'The Box' and 'Life Is Good' - it's not been massively far ahead of them on any platform as far as I'm aware?

Looks like another largely useless update as ever anyway, Roddy and Future will definitely be significantly higher by the end of the week, although unless everything is pretty close together it does indicate Stormzy might well manage to stay #1 for another week (his Amazon advantage is helping a lot).

agree, this update doesn't make any sense

I get how Stormzy could be #1 today cos of the Amazon x2 data

but how can Godzilla be ahead of The Box? It was only ahead on iTunes but barely and sales are pretty low these days

on Spotify The Box was quite ahead, on Apple they were pretty even, but on Amazon,

which is supposed to make the big difference today, The Box was miles ahead of any Eminem song

I think sales might be very close within the top 5, meaning The Box will be #1 by Friday once the missing Spotify/Apple data

is accounted for

I would have done exactly the same thing, deliberately and without a care if I'd get reprimanded for it.

Eminem is going to be massively hindered by Amazon this week. It's possible to listen to all this week's contenders with a regular Amazon Prime account apart from Eminem which is exclusively for Amazon Music Unlimited subscribers which I can't imagine there's that many of.

Any news on Eminem’s album? Surely a number 1 too?
I wonder if this means Eminem preventing Courteeners from a first number one?

It might just be that he's recently discovered the Manchester lyrics?

What a truly enduring smash 'Don't Start Now' has been! :cheer:

I knew the moment I heard it that she'd delivered a monster, and here it is still in the top 3 three months later.
