Time Flies....1994 - 2009 was the second Greatest Hits compilation from Oasis. 'Stop The Clocks' came out in 2006 as the first Greatest Hits album, but only featured 18 tracks which were chosen by Noel Gallagher and came about at the end of their record contract with Sony. Time Flies...1994-2009 got released on the 14th June 2010 containing all 27 singles the band had released between 1994 and 2009 including 'Whatever and 'Lord Don't Slow Me Down' which had never appeared on any previous Oasis studio album. 'Sunday Morning Call' is not listed on the official tracklisting, but appears as a hidden track on the end of Disc 2 making it track 14, so I've decided to allow it in the rate.

14. Shakermaker - 50%

"Shakermaker" was the second ever single written by Noel Gallagher and released as a single in June 1994 peaking at Number 11 on the UK singles chart. It features on the album ' Definitely Maybe'. The melody for the verse was originally taken from "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing (In Perfect Harmony)" by Roger Cook, Roger Greenaway, Bill Backer and Billy Davis. An Oasis tribute band called No Way Sis released a cover version of "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing" in the style of "Shakermaker", emphasising the similarity between the two songs. This cover reached #27 on the UK Singles Chart in December 1996. Oasis were sued over this similarity and were forced to change their composition.

This is getting tough now. Voted for 'Songbird' to go next. Great little track, but it is the weakest of what's left imo.

With Shakermaker gone, it has to be Wonderwall i would like to see leave next.

'Songbird' for me too!

By the voting so far it looks like the final 5 will be

The Importance of Being Idle

Live Forever

Stop Crying Your Heart Out

Don't Look Back In Anger

Wonderwall

Just looking at my 12 years worth of Oasis listening, only 5 songs on this album are in my top 20 listened to songs, they really did make some bad release choices as far as I'm concerned!

Really difficult to choose now but I went with 'Supersonic'. Looks like 'Songbird' is on its way out next though.

Songbird is a bit of a non-event, nicene, not bad, but not extraordinary
