Are we to assume this is coming on Friday?

 

I wasn't expecting anything until next year, how exciting!

 

I expect that they're now comfortable with announcing touring dates for 2021, which is, let's face it, the main reason why they're still releasing new music. It's basically just a vehicle for touring.

Great that it's coming out this year, can't see it peaking as high as the last album just due to the time of year but hopefully sell well. And yes fingers crossed for the tour in 2021.

 

Wonder if the single release date will be announced tomorrow.

I am hoping that with an album pre-order going up that the single is out tomorrow too, one can dream *.*

Excited to finally have an announcement. I've been dying for the song (at least) since that one time I heard the clip a while back :drama:
That album cover is amazing!!! Love the light up letters for the reveals too! :wub: I'm slightly gutted this wasn't released earlier in the year to get that potential #1 chart placement but also delighted it's coming this year and not next year! :wub:
Not a fan of ‘Steps’ but I can see them challenging for number one and even staying until Xmas with the release timing.

THE group have teamed up with pop songwriter Karl Twigg, who provided songs for their first three albums, for their new record. H said: “His track on the album is one of my favourites. I love that it’s Eighties inspired.”

Their sixth studio album, What The Future Holds, will be released on November 27th via BMG, and will be available on all digital platforms plus CD, Vinyl (including a limited edition transparent pink edition) and Cassette. A must for all Steps memorabilia collectors, the album will also be available as part of a Cassette Collection featuring five separate transparent pink solo cassettes with an intro from each band member, all in a special collector’s box.
