For those who don't know one or another:  Nell Campbell I didn't know either, not by name anyway, but she was in Rocky Horror Jennifer Holliday is a Broadway actress/singer, the original Effie from Dreamgirls - both of these two seem like odd choices that just won't work to me Poppy is the Youtuber/singer, she has like a monotone robotic style and does weird af videos, I can see this clashing with Gigi's Sophia and we know who's more likely to slay Snatch Game out of Gigi and Crystal! Sophia The Robot is ofc a robot, a creepily realistic one with advanced AI - she has Saudi Arabian citizenship - this is going to be potentially iconic I feel Leslie Jones you should all know as the guest judge from episode 4, a comedienne known for SNL. Lisa Rinna is an actress but is also known for Real Housewives. Cardi B, Kris Jenner and Lizzo speak for themselves!Â

April 4, 20205 yr Right bottom 2. Gigi's confession this episode now makes her clear frontrunner for the win imo. Ru will want it for the optics. I'll write a longer review once we're not still in spoiler mode but wow did a lot of the girls ignore Ru's advice this episode. She's going all out to help and its like many of the queens don't twig that... Also I think this episode finally gave us a worse performance than Kenya Michaels' Beyoncé.
April 4, 20205 yr Author GIGI f***ING GOODE I'd put that right up there with the best of all time, so unique and definitely a risk but she absolutely smashed it! The physical comedy made it but she was so quick with perfect responses. Sometimes you need to take a risk and if there's any challenge where that pays off, it's Snatch Game. 12 seasons in and that's what I want to see, someone who does something different and keeps us surprised, it's so easy to do a diva with a "big personality" or act as yourself but to make a robot hysterical is something else entirely.  Jackie also did very very well, I think it was a pretty easy character to make pop but she had so much commitment and preparation which I loved, she's so earnest and just goes for it no matter what. I also actually kinda liked Crystal's Poppy? I get why she was in the bottom 3 as for a character many wouldn't know, there wasn't enough jokes or exaggeration, but I didn't think it was bad. Apparently she was originally going to do Gypsy Rose Blanchard :rofl: On the other hand, I think Jaida's Cardi B was lowkey shite, given she portrayed someone so loud with such a big personality, and so many memes/jokes she did about 10% of what she could have! For me I think that's worse than Crystal having someone with less to go on and giving it a good shot. Ofc Brita and Aiden were the right bottom 2, neither of them went anywhere at all! It's very true what Jackie said, you know that no matter what season, Snatch Game is coming and surely any queen who goes on Drag Race should have a decent character prepared! As for Sh*rry, I don't think it's right they edit out the runway (because mostly, that's on the great designers who do her costumes and frankly deserve to be showcased) but they show her being praised to high heavens? :lol: I guess it's way easier to edit out a runway than it is to edit out her placing high and getting good critiques.

April 4, 20205 yr Gigi is definitely THAT BITCH. Always excited to see what she brings to the table, she's done her research and it shows. I was kind of hoping that Jackie would maybe get a joint win out of this as she was brilliant as her character and has been consistently strong throughout the season, however her character wouldn't have stood out as much looking back on it compared to Sophia the Robot so I see why the judges gave Gigi the win. The safe queens were all pretty decent too, Jan and Widow were the second tier and Heidi and Jaida just above the bottom three (those two defo could've done more with their characters). Right bottom three and I was glad we go out Brita vs Aiden lip-sync for the TV moment :lol: However I do wish it could've been something a bit more firey to suit the narrative. Loved the production value of the whole thing though, just felt like it should've been a lip sync for the crown instead.  I'm ready for Jan to smash next week's musical challenge! Stop sleeping on her!
April 4, 20205 yr ps. widow's runway. what to the what to the WHAT was she wearing I loved the literal take on 'Frozen' :lol: However you could only see a bottom-half so I'm sure if she was getting critiqued we'd hear about it. I enjoyed it however maybe not the best outfit for a runway.
