Some of Rih's best singles have been released second from her albums - it's time to pick your fave. :wub: If there's a lot of interest I may carry this on as a limited series. :lol:

I opened this, immediately saw "Shut Up and Drive" and though "wow this is easy"

 

Then I looked at the next 5 songs *.*

Voted for Stay, but Unfaithful and What's My Name came pretty close!

I was going to vote for SUAD too. :lol: I had to go with Unfaithful though. For me it is the single that showed the public another side of Rih and proved she was more than a club queen. Also to make a ballad such a hit in the summer takes a special kind of song.

Voted for 'Unfaithful'! It was between that and 'What's My Name?'

Ooh this was hard but I voted for Kiss It Better *.*. Closely followed by Stay and What's My Name.

She has really strong 2nd singles - has to be What’s My Name though

Was between Rude Boy, What's My Name and Stay for me. I went for WMN as that is definitely up there with the Rih classics. Rude Boy has also grown on a lot since it was released.

 

I am a little divided on 'Unfaithful' I want to like it and can see the appeal but she sounds quite nasally and I'm not really a fan of how the song's lyrics are delivered. :(

Voted for 'Unfaithful' which is one of her very best. 'What's My Name?' comes pretty close and 'Stay' is a more distant 3rd.

Rude Boy. A pop song. :michelle: What's My Name and Kiss it Better are right up there as well and Stay has grown on me so much from my initial perception. You Da One is decent and I will never get the intense hate some have for that lol it's nice, I used to adore Shut Up and Drive and I guess I enjoy it occasionally but it feels lowkey...infantile compared to the others?

 

Unfaithful is dirge, I've tried to like it but I just can't get into it and damn HOW was that her biggest UK hit at the time when SOS and Bop de Replay were right there I'm going off chart weeks idk if Pon De Replay has sold more but still. I have no opinion on If It's Lovin.
