Posted May 2, 20205 yr ROUND 1: FREE CHOICE > Any song by your artist. < So this is back and Ariana infamously flopped last time after 'the light is coming' was decided by random.org :rofl: The current team are ready to come back fighting! Round 1 is free choice. We've been discussing behind the scenes and are contemplating 'Side To Side' because it has underperformed in both the singles rate and Dangerous Woman survivor, but still has its big fans to get it though. What do you guys think? Okay or too early?
May 2, 20205 yr Side To Side doing so poorly in the DW surprised me, but I guess it wouldn’t be in my top 7/8 of the album anyway when I think about it :lol: I think bearing in mind the quantity of forums in round one I’d go for something like Boyfriend or Dangerous Woman, Side to Side is a shout though x

May 2, 20205 yr I’d probably go for something from My Everything like Problem, Love Me Harder or Break Free. Side to Side has a fanbase though and should easily survive round 1
May 2, 20205 yr If we're talking My Everything, Break Free is the safest bet since it's better remembered imo. I do think Breathin' is in that zone of not being one of her best singles but still being highly regarded.

But I think 'Side To Side' could be a smart choice for this stage, but 'breathin'' too... :thinking: The latter may have finished top 5 in an Ari singles rate, but this will be branching out further in the forum so you've gotta add in the casuals/people who don't vote in rates etc.. but it's very highly regarded, isn't it? Either one would be a good move.
