SL is such a bop! It’s of it’s time but no word of a lie I actually used the lyrics (entiendo means I get it etc) to help me a little for my Spanish speaking exam this March :’) I really want to delve into Madonna’s back catalogue but I’ve been listening to lots of old albums by artists I stan for the first time lately and when she has such a vast discography it’s quite intimidating, like she has over 60 top 10 singles alone :lol: I love Madame X, I’ve listened to most of Confessions and some of Rebel Heart, other than that only some of the singles though.

Since I've been told non-charting singles don't have to be UK singles, you might have a few more options now! I believe the following are eligible:

 

Everybody

Burning Up

Keep It Together

Bye Bye Baby

Love Don't Live Here Anymore ('Something To Remember' version, I think... I don't know this song)

 

'Bye Bye Baby' actually eligible this time :cheeseblock: But those first 2 are probably something to consider.

That's good to know! However I think it's still between 'Ghosttown' and 'I Don't Search I Find'. Her first two singles aren't considered to be among her greats.

 

'I Don't Search I Find' is my favourite of the two but I feel 'Ghosttown' could fair better since it had a video and good promotion.

Ghost town is still the most superior track, however Burning up is more well known that Ghost town as is Bye Bye Baby so they could be contenders.

 

I'd still send Ghosttown personally, BBB wouldn't get a vote from me and Burning up potentially would but depends on competition, GT is a sure fire one for me I rate it as Madonna's best single since Hung up.

I agree, Ghosstown is one of her absolute best. It could also be a great discovery for people who have not heard it. :wub:

It's not that I don't like any, I've just never felt inspired to add them to my library. Definitely not a comment on the quality of the music and I can enjoy listening to a lot of them - perhaps partially because I hear lots of the ones I like out and about anyway!
