I'm glad New Romantics managed to get through, its a shame the discovery aspect of the round kinda fell apart but I hope some people managed to discover it and enjoy the pop heaven that it is! <3

 

Anyway I'm so glad Taylor made it into top 9, during prep this was the upcoming round I was always really worried for Taylor in, esp it being a double, cos her collabs are... yeah.

Bad Blood remix for sure, why isn't it more appreciated Swifties :(

the way most of them finished bottom 10 in her rate and nearly all finished bottom half, oops :lol: Immediately ruling out everything from Everything Has Changed to Two Is Better Than One. Breathe is so underrated & is beautiful but would bomb so that's out. Soon You'll Get Better is gorgeous but is too risky at this stage and LWYMMD is also too risky and I'd rather go out on a song Taylor acc has vocals on.

 

So that leaves us with Bad Blood vs Safe & Sound. The former def has bigger fans but the latter would probs have a greater chance at appealing to casual voters? BB is probs the sensible choice but I do utterly adore S&S and kinda want it to get its time to shine, even tho it will v. likely go out aha. But Bad Blood is probs our only chance at survival haha

Safe and Sound is one of Taylor's best but I guess Im biased cos I loved The Civil Wars, it's an 11/10 song but that said, I don't think it has mass appeal

so I'd go for Bad Blood even if it's not as good
