Round 5's theme is WORST SINGLE. We can send one of the bottom 3 Girls Aloud group singles in a recent rate, or any solo single with an average of below 5. This leaves us with:

I Think We're Alone Now

Walk This Way

Beautiful 'Cause You Love Me

One Day I'll Fly Away

Threads

The Road

One Vision

 I think it's got to be ITWAN?

I can't say that's a great selection, on personal preference I'd actually go Threads oops, but I Think We're Alone Now has the best shot!

Edited by Andrew.

I Think We're Alone Now is the best from those options.

That said, I do like it and would easily make my voting selection.

Keep voting for I Think We’re Alone Now (+ 8 other faves) :cheer:

We made it!! Round 6 is a song that peaked between #76 and #200. We have these options:

Girls Aloud and Solo

#97 – Beautiful Cause You Love Me [Girls Aloud]

#100 – Screw You [Cheryl/Wretch 32]

#105 – Boy Like You [Cheryl/will.i.am]

#111 – Yo-Yo [Nicola Roberts]

#112 – Stand Up [Cheryl]

#122 – Heaven [Cheryl/will.i.am]

#135 – Rain on Me [Cheryl]

#154 – Make Me Cry [Cheryl]

#161 – Happy Hour [Cheryl]

#177 – Don’t Talk About This Love [Cheryl]

#196 – The Road [Kimberley Walsh/Alistair Griffin]

Honestly it has to be Screw You or Yo-Yo I think?

I would say The Road but it might be a waste at this point, I'm surprised you're not saving it for the final

Considering most people wouldn't have heard either of them, I'd go for Yo-Yo over Screw You. I feel like it's a better pop song that's held up better than SY but either could work.

I'd love y'all to send Yo-Yo! Good to highlight a member other than Cheryl and it's definitely strong enough in its own right!

I'm assuming Nicola's album is on Spotify in the UK? It isn't here, which might be a disadvantage if she couldn't be on the playlist.

I remember at the time being told 'Stand Up' was Cheryl's 4th single, which obviously didn't eventuate, but I remained under the impression that it had been a single for ages, possibly several years  That made me pay attention to the song at the time (and it certainly sounded like plausible single material!), and for that reason it's the only song in the list I'm familiar with. (Despite owning the '3 Words' album oops)
