They haven't done the iTunes top 10 thing for years :lol: high iTunes placements are still disproportionately weighted in their 'formula' though I believe.

I wouldn't be that sure, she's serving her fans not the GP at all

take Sour Candy, I do like Gaga when she writes good songs, but this is like random disjoint pieces put together,
with no melody, too weird vocals and most importantly no chorus, if the Gaga stans love it, good for them,
but cannot see the GP loving this... and same for the album, it caters her Little Monsters
not even random music fans that don't mind Gaga

I've never heard it but from hearing 'Stupid Love' it seems like she's going down the route of commercial pop that'll appeal to her fans again sort of returning to 2009-12 era which as you say will appeal to the fans. It's stuff like Shallow that the GP lap up as it reaches beyond the fans!

I wasn't a huge fan of Joanne but I'm liking this album a lot more already. It's got some big choruses which is what we want from her!

There's a decent chance it will be on Big Top 40 - Katrina & The Waves for instance sneaked into the chart a couple weeks ago the day after the Eurovision specials
