Same as me. 'Better Than Today' is a solid pop song but nothing remarkable. It was definitely an odd choice of single considering what else they could have chosen.

As I said in the last round, 'All I See' has grown a lot since sending it for AF Idol, but it just can't compete in such a high quality list of songs!

I'm thinking either 2 hearts, red blooded woman or time bomb for my vote this time.

Not surprised at "All I See" leaving so soon as while its a nice & soothing little number, it was a really poor single choice, especially for the U.S. market, which of course did nothing chart wise & pretty much tanked the album at a low peak of #139. This didn't represent the album at all & sticks out like a sore thumb. This would have been better suited as a B-Side & tracks like "Magnetic Electric" or "Cherry Bomb" should have taken its place on the album.

What should have been the lead single for the U.S. market is "Speakerphone" as not only does it represent the album a whole lot better, but it did gain some attention over there with Madonna having it on her iTunes playlist, but it even managed to chart in Canada due to high downloads. Not saying this would have been a sure-fire smash or anything, but it could have at least made a dent on the U.S. top 100.

Well anyway my vote for this round goes to "Better Than Today" which again is another puzzling yet lacklustre single choice. Its a fine album track, but doesn't quite shine on its own & ended up killing the era stone dead. Why didn't they just stick with the original planned singles run of "All The Lovers", "Get Outta My Way", "Put Your Hands Up", "Cupid Boy" & "Can't Beat The Feeling".
This could have been an epic run.

It's too bad the U.S. market didn't feel the same way about All I See as I do. :(
