I was torn between Röyksopp and Tinashe... but I ended up giving my final spot to Röyksopp because it was a very nice discovery. So 9th is Tinashe, and Pixie Lott ended up 10th!

 

I certainly hope there's some more Mariah votes forthcoming! :( Dreamlover is one of my ultimate favourite songs by her, which is why I ended up choosing it out of a fairly large list of viable options. I think it's so gorgeous and it always sounds perfect in the summertime. Out of interest I looked up how Dreamlover did in the charts, and discovered that it was the 20th biggest single of the 1990s in the US (and also Mariah's third most successful single of the 90s, behind One Sweet Day and Fantasy). I knew it was a #1 hit, but I didn't realise it was that massive there. I suppose Americans of a certain age would regard it as a classic!
