Why are they not releasing a physical format? Discounting the single? Giving us a sole choreo music video a la 'Move'? The number 1 could be theirs. The fact their team have fumbled and #1 album & single this year :unsure:

Ariana sold 10k more than them last week so I’m sure the lead is going to grow and grow throughout the week! They really need to pick up on Spotify to be in the race properly - as we saw Billie still couldn’t reach #1 with the discount.

 

I love the idea of physicals and wish vinyl singles were utilised more.

Sweet Melody is #6 on Amazon Music Unlimited and #10 on Amazon Music Prime and is the highest non-Christmas song on both.

Positions is #27 and #20.

 

Hopefully that helps with the gap on Spotify.

Seems this is probably the closest it'll ever be to #1? I wish the label would launch a bit of a campaign, discount, social media promo etc. It would generate a few thousand sales from casual fans and would maybe be enough. Shame they probably won't.
