Ok so Shout Out To My Ex deserved better. I guess it may have been overplayed but at the very least it deserved top ten!

 

Three lead singles close together is quite funny though two of those having their follow ups prove more popular on here too!

 

Woman Like Me is a bit too high shocked I was the only -1 for it. I seem to see a lot of dislikes for it although maybes that shifted more towards Bounce Back.

 

I think Cannonball is a bit too low as well tbh.

 

Of what’s to come I hope Touch wins. Sweet Melody has done so well to already be top 5 as has Break Up Song. Move always continues to do very well for them on rates on this site too a real underrated track. I’m happy DNA made the top 10 too.

At #5 and increasing it's average this time round is Power. I'm very surprised at how this has performed as I was under the impression that it was one of their songs that was tiring on people a little bit... apparently not! I don't love it as much as I used to, but it still hits whenever I choose to revisit it and it puts me in a great mood. It went on to be another massive post-album smash for them. Much like their NMSS remix, I think I tend to prefer to listen to the Stormzy version, but the original has a great middle 8! The video is spectacular too! SO empowering!

That's right, we officially have a new number 1 this time as Move fails to keep the crown. This fall seems worse, but it has TWO new entries above it. It's rate history is pretty funny though. I wonder if it can reclaim #1 again next time? One of the most daring singles for a girl group like them, but it paid off for them massively. It's a massive banger and one of those I always forget how much I love, until I listen to it. So fresh and unique. Amazing song.

I'd have switched No More Sad Songs and Power but the top 4 are the correct 4 songs well done everyone.

I like Break Up Song but I think it’s a few places too high personally .

Move not being #1...

I could see 'Sweet Melody' doing a 'Never Really Over' and winning based on recent hype.

A new entry at #3 is the lead single from their most recent album 'Confetti'. Break Up Song is an all out, wall to wall, 80's inspired, synth pop B O P. It's incredible. The melody and the chorus is pop perfection. The comeback single they needed after the label mess of 'LM5'. Just pure joy each and every listen! So happy that it has managed to finish top 3 in the rate for them! Such a return to form from them. Unpopular opinion alert... I REALLY like the video. I find the felt animation really inspired.

So, will 'Touch' reign supreme again or will new Little Mix classic 'Sweet Melody' manage it?

'Move' is incredible :wub: a bit of a left-field move from them that totally paid off. A bit like 'Sweet Melody' all these years later that also might peak at #3 :o

 

So surprised that 'Break Up Song' finished as high as #3 here but not complaining - living for the 80s revival trend right now!

 

Rooting for 'Touch' to win but either would be a great song.

So Touch has failed to regain the top spot, but managed to improve it's average on last time! This is arguably their signature hit now. Not necessarily in terms of "sales", but more in terms of impact. This is the "go to" Little Mix song for casuals at parties etc.. It's an absolute ANTHEM and it always POPS OFF live! There is something incredibly endearing about the video... I know it isn't a fan fave, but I really like it (except for the dodgy editing/video photoshopping). It's a staple amongst fans and it's easy to see why! What a banger.

There we have it! A BRAND NEW NUMBER ONE! And a new entry at that! Sweet Melody has instantly become a Little Mix classic amongst fans and (early days but I'm confident in saying this) casuals alike. It's about to become another top 3 smash for the girls and the video has been a HUGE talking point for them where we got choreo-mix at it's FINEST. A great, GREAT song that will surely be a staple in the top 3 of the rates in the future? Move, Touch and now this being their holy trinity? We love to see and hear it!!! I'm obsessed with this right now and I feel good about it's success and what its doing to further the girls legacy. SO GOOD.

'Sweet Melody' is a great song but it's not Little Mix's best and especially not after 2 weeks! :lol: oh BuzzJack. Well, why not, freshness won.
