180: Galantis - Never Felt A Love Like This (with Hook N Sling & Dotan) 586pts

NE (15/02/2020) 21-20-24-30-38-41-50-59-73-84-86-100-xx

Galantis went down quite a bit in my rankings this year unfortunately (although they do have at least two songs higher up this countdown), their album wasn't as good as their previous ones although this was the standout from it as well as being the main single. Dotan has had a few hits since this as well.

179: The Struts - Another Hit of Showmanship (ft. Albert Hammond Jr) 587pts

NE (05/09/2020) 19-19-16-17-19-22-40-74-96-xx

I was a big fan of this Struts collaboration for a few weeks but then went off it incredibly quickly and it's yet to bounce back - still a good'un though!

178: Dennis Lloyd - Unfaithful 587pts

NE (7/12/2019) 45-39-38-36-24-29-37-42-55-63-84-93-xx

A Dennis Lloyd track I'd almost completely forgotton about, this is more on the poppy side and less on the dance-y side as his more recent single Alien was.

177: Vasil - You 596pts

NE (23/05/2020) 16-16-19-25-33-42-43-56-72-92-xx

The first of many Eurovision tracks here! 'You' was the North Macedonian entry and gave me nostalgia for songs I don't even really remember (I think it might have been Transylvania by Steed Lord that it reminded me of?) Anyway it stuck around a little while after the Euro-rush and thus cemented its pace here.

176: Lucy Spraggan - Sober 598pts

NE (24/10/2020) 62-57-43-36-32-40-50-65-...

The second song from the new Spraggan era, this one was a nice ballad about... well, being sober. A far cry from her antics on The X Factor.

175: Leon of Athens - Communication (ft. Katerine Duska) 600pts

NE (21/11/2020) 30-21-28-30-...

Another song that's still in my chart, Leon of Athens (who is actually British but I think he lived in Athens for a bit) collaborated with Katerina Duska (who I've ehard a lot about but couldn't name a single song by) to produce this. I believe it was also in the recent PFSC as well, although I didn't enter so no idea how well it did.

174: joan - Love Me Better 602pts

NE (27/06/2020) 89-42-27-29-29-24-34-41-60-73-79-xx

I've been bumping this one up a few places as I've gone along but it reaches its resting point here. Another I discovered from a song contest, as usual it only recieved a couple of points from me but grew on me immensely after the contest had finished.

173: Jeremy Loops - Mortal Man 604pts

NE (25/07/2020) 30-29-32-29-33-45-51-56-74-75-78-82-95-xx

Aaand ANOTHER song contest song, this one is another that had a much bigger impact on me than its chart run would suggest and deserved much better in Worldvision with its lovely guitar-y melody and moving lyrics.

172: Esther Chungu - Chikangabwe (ft. 412) 608pts

NE (15/08/2020) 31-32-38-33-34-46-55-54-58-71-91-xx

We've gone 8 songs without a worship song so here's another! Zambian artist Esther Chungu brings the colours and sounds of Africa to the scene to produce something that really is worth a listen or two (or more) and one of the most joyful songs I've had in my chart this year.

171: DJ Bitman - Así Vacilo Yo (ft. Akapellah) 612pts

NE (15/02/2020) 38-32-38-44-49-44-47-54-56-67-68-73-91-xx

Chilean DJ and star of RCRD LBL (back in the day...) has for some reason jumped onto the Latin trend but this one does at least feature some of his trademark sounds. Thanks to Spotify's wful algorithms it was also my most played track of the year at one point.

170: Bad Sounds - Breathe 616pts

NE (7/12/2019) 59-58-56-53-55-56-60-64-45-50-55-59-67-76-91-96-xx

I did wonder if by doing a Top 200 I'd end up with any songs which missed the Top 40 in my list, and as luck would have it I have! Bad Sounds haven't managed a Top 40 in my chart since 2017 despite many failed attempts but this was their closest yet, one of the slow-burners that soundtracked the early part of the year for me.

169: Vicetone - I Feel Human (ft. BullySongs) 620pts

NE (02/05/2020) 34-18-15-31-32-37-45-54-69-79-88-90-xx

I think I discovered this one thanks to M4NGO's chart, a good dance track that was sadly stopped in its tracks by Eurovision and never really recovered.

168: Tessa Violet - Games 627pts

NE (12/10/2019) 53-45-33-21-22-29-34-43-54-72-99-93-94-95-xx

Tessa did manage a Top 10 this year with her feature on Cavetown's 'Smoke Signals' but somehow that has missed the Top 200 here so this is her highest offering. Very catchy as usual from Tessa.

167: X Lovers - Rosie 630pts

NE (04/01/2020) 21-18-17-20-26-34-49-63-70-79-94-xx

X Lovers never topped 'Play Your Game' for me but they did release two good songs towards the back-end of 2019, the first of which is here. It's a slow and sad piano track which is always going to be my thing.

166: Mimi Webb - I'll Break My Heart Again 632pts

NE (21/11/2020) 27-26-26-28-...

The first of two entries from Mimi, this was actually released about 3 months ago but I thought it would be nice to have this as a follow-up to 'Before I Go' in my chart, and it's doing her proud.

165: Jax Jones & Martin Solveig Present Europa - Tequila (ft. RAYE) 632pts

NE (29/02/2020) 33-31-39-35-26-34-49-58-54-67-73-81-xx

A rare charting song now :o One of only three in the entire Top 200, for me this was miles better than All Day And Night (at least the clean version was) and the saxophones really took it to a new level.

164: RHODES - I'm Not Okay 637pts

NE (25/07/2020) 21-15-18-17-23-28-27-44-72-98-xx

RHODES is another act who finally came into his own on my chart this year, this is a rousing track focussed on, you guessed it, mental health. Very nice.

163: Sofi Tukker & Gorgon City - House Arrest 637pts

NE (30/05/2020) 44-36-30-32-32-33-38-41-50-66-77-86-xx

A lockdown-themed collaboration from two regulars in my chart, this only just made my Top 30 but definitely left its mark.

162: Nothing But Thieves - There Was Sun 645pts

NE (21/11/2020) 25-22-23-24-...

Whilst 'Impossible' was much more of a slow burner, this track went straight into the Top 40 and so far has been very unlucky to miss my Top 20, a brilliant indie track.

161: Gabrielle Aplin - Kintsugi 645pts

NE (9/11/2019) 34-30-29-37-47-51-64-68-56-54-61-68-82-88-xx

Gabrielle has been so focussed on getting herself hits with Irish bands that I completely forgot she actually managed one of her own in my chart. This track is incredibly fun and infectious and, as with many a Bible notes book or self-help class, has used the bizarre metaphor of Kintsugi - the Japanese art of gluing broken things back together with gold. And for me to have come across this it must have been in BJSC at some point.

I beg Your Pardon! All Day and All Night I'd a funkin bop!

I thought that Galantis song was rather decent by their recent standards, however I couldn't ever find a space for it in my weekly top 100.

I vaguely remember Vasil 'You' now that you bring it up, it was one of my favourites from the contest but didn't get that many post contest plays.

Ooh yay for Tequila being one of the very few actual chart hits in here, as a contender for my year-end #1! I also prefer it to ADAN, although I absolutely loved that song too having made my year-end top 20 last year.

Yay for House Arrest making an appearance here and a bit higher than in my list too.

Not gonna lie, Kintsugi ended up being one of my least favourites from Gabrielle's latest album, oops :( still a nice enough song though so nice to see it appear here! ^_^

Only others I recognise in this section are Lucy Spraggan (although I haven't heard the song itself, might check it out but I've not really been a fan of her material post X Factor) and Tequila, but the less said about Tequila the better. :kink:

It's decent enough but definitely not on the level of Tequila!

Glad you're a fan of all these - the Galantis song was good enough but compared to some of their other stuff which was amazing it sort-of pales a bit. I'll keep a look-out as to where Tequila charts in your chart as well! Thanks Dan :D

Can't say I've heard much from Gabrielle other than this and her two indie collabs but glad you still like it at least. Lucy's stuff has all felt very varied since her X-fator exit for me, Sober is more slow and ballad-y than her others, shame you're not a fan of Tequila :( Thanks Calum!

160: JONES - Camera Flash (Friend Within Remix) 647pts

NE (07/11/2020) 95-47-33-34-37-40-...

Remixes don't often enter my chart but this one just grabbed me, even though it's quite similar to other songs of its kind. I believe this is a debut for both artists on my chart anyway, definitely worth a listen!

159: La Roux - International Woman of Leisure 654pts

NE (16/11/2019) 64-65-62-42-43-46-37-32-35-43-51-65-82-93-xx

This one was in my chart throughout December but cracked my Top 40 in the new year. Very funky, unfortunately the rest of their album was almost identical so they never had a charting follow-up.

158: Ray Dalton - In My Bones 655pts

NE (25/04/2020) 25-23-25-21-45-53-57-65-65-68-62-65-84-xx

One of the many songs hindered by the Eurovision domination, this soul song really caught me on first listen however didn't live up to the potential it could have had in my chart.

157: Built By Titan - Birds (ft. Graphite Man) 658pts

NE (05/10/2020) 17-13-13-13-17-22-33-48-82-92-xx

It took until October for my only BJSC winners Built By Titan to get a charting song this year but this is a nice little track, albeit not on the level of 'Broken Love' or 'Ghost'

156: Highly Suspect - These Days 660pts

NE (18/04/2020) 35-22-20-26-31-52-59-60-59-72-83-81-79-xx

One of the few absolute-rock songs in my chart, this is everything I should hate in a rock band but is actually incredibly infectious and one of the songs that really did soundtrack my lockdown.

155: Robert Grace - Moving Fast 662pts

NE (19/10/2019) 56-50-49-50-53-62-73-85-60-57-54-47-58-66-72-79-87-98-xx

The lowest-peaking track in my entire Top 200, this was actually released mid-2019 but I only discovered it later in the year which led to it being more of a slow burner that finally peaked in the post-Christmas lull.

154: Declan McKenna - Emily 663pts

NE (12/09/2020) 9-12-18-21-24-29-51-71-86-87-94-95-xx

Declan's entire album made the Top 20 for me, but this was the only album track to crack the Top 10. It starts off as quite an inventive indie track, before going into his usual guitar-heavy instrumental in the second half.

153: Welshly Arms - Trouble 665pts

NE (04/04/2020) 17-8-9-13-19-24-29-57-77-99-xx

Another Top 10 to fall now, this one is also catchy enough but dropped away much faster than I had anticipated and unfortunatley I've not really gone back to it since.

152: Lukas Graham - Where I'm From (ft. Wiz Khalifa) 671pts

NE (14/11/2020) 32-21-25-24-27-...

This is the band's most recent offering, unfortunately it's followed a lot of their more recent stuff in not being their best work and as of yet hasn't reached the Top 20.

151: Janieck - Somebody New 675pts

NE (26/10/2019) 26-17-17-19-19-25-33-50-69-66-73-87-xx

Another song I've not really gone back to at all, I don't believe Janieck has appeared in my chart since this but Reality continues to cement him in my good books.

150: SACHI - Enchanté (ft. Naika) 677pts

NE (30/05/2020) 57-45-37-36-34-37-37-37-40-47-62-70-xx

Another wild BJSC entry now, this is incredibly catchy and another which most certainly grew once the contest was over.

149: Paul Woolford & Diplo - Looking For Me (ft. Kareen Lomax) 681pts

NE (22/08/2020) 43-36-37-37-38-31-37-39-45-56-72-79-86-97-xx

Another rare charting song, I was semi-surprised that this was so high whilst Head and Heart missed the Top 200 entirely but regardless this was an unexpected hit and a soundtrack to the summer (when we could actually go on holiday and do relatively normal things - remember that?)

148: VIZE - Never Let Me Down (ft. Tom Gregory) 683pts

NE (05/09/2020) 100-36-32-33-31-36-48-61-65-58-57-75-83-89-95-...

I was aware of this for months before it charted but Tom Gregory getting a solo hit in my chart finally prompted me to chart it itself. It feels like it could have been a Top 10 for me but unfortunately never got that chance!

147: Declan McKenna - Twice Your Size 685pts

NE (12/09/2020) 13-17-12-18-25-23-36-44-59-78-xx

Another Declan album track and the last time you'll be seeing Declan for over 100 songs, this one is another politically-charged track and features iconic lyrics such as 'cut your hair 'cause it's full of lies'. We do love our Declan don't we.

146: X Lovers - Sweatshirt 685pts

NE (04/01/2020) 38-21-15-21-30-31-33-42-52-63-75-80-89-xx

The second X Lovers track I discovered early in the year, it's very different from 'Rosie' but good in its own right, although I've dropped it a few places from where it was.

145: Example - Chronicles (ft. Norma Jean Martine) 687pts

NE (01/08/2020) 14-13-12-14-18-26-41-55-68-72-91-xx

Example has had a Top 20 hit every two years in my chart, once again he just missed the Top 10 but this was still a very good offering from him and one I would have missed out on if not for Release Radar.

144: Grouplove - Inside Out 692pts

NE (01/08/2020) 30-24-18-16-17-20-27-44-66-76-81-xx

I got back into Grouplove this year after almost forgetting about them, this was one of their better tracks but I did get tired of it relatively quickly.

143: Whethan - Upside Down (ft. Grouplove) 700pts

NE (07/03/2020) 29-10-13-15-16-23-31-42-60-78-94-xx

Two Grouplove tracks in a row! Whethan is another artist I've gotten more into this year, this was his second hit of the year and a decent indie-dance combination.

142: Lesley Roy - Story Of My Life 700pts

NE (23/05/2020) 13-14-14-19-22-30-38-45-54-74-88-xx

Nah nah nah ne nah nah! This was Ireland's entry into Eurovision this year and another which was incredibly catchy. And they've just announced she'll be back next year which is good news!

141: Kodaline - Wherever You Are 710pts

NE (18/01/2020) 9-9-14-21-29-35-44-52-60-65-76-88-xx

Rounding out this section we have the first of three Kodaline tracks. This was the lead single from something-or-other and was a little bit underwhelming but they've definitely pulled it back since then.

Oops, I only just noticed this thread, hey Pete :hi: 'Story Of My Life' was my favorite Eurovision song this year, total earworm of a chorus. Glad to see it here and also glad she'll be competing next year...not sure if she can do better than this song though!

Giving the JONES song a listen now, I absolutely love her voice and she's responsible for two of my favorite BJSC entries of all time!

WAP is solid and 34+35 is alright. UFO grew on me a fair bit upon relistens (think it's okay now) and London is oddly amusing. Not a fan of Party Girl though.

Exile is my favourite song from Folklore, so I'm glad to see it as the Mainstream Pick. The Declan album was great, even if I may not find myself returning to its songs as much as the ones off of WDYTATC

great to see Vize and Paul Woolford make it in! Looking For Me is another of my absolute fave chart hits of the year and will be appearing high up my list.
My favourites from these last two sections are 'House Arrest' and 'Looking For Me'! Still so chuffed that the latter turned out to be such a big hit in the end.

I'll certainly be interested to see what her song for next year is like! I don't think I was in BJSC for either of JONES' entries :o so a new artist for me! Love that remix though, hope you enjoyed. Thanks Jordan!

Oh dear @ you liking most of my worst songs - glad you like Exile and the Declan album though, I do think in the long run WDYTATC will be my favourite but this is still a solid album. Thanks Dalek!

great to see Vize and Paul Woolford make it in! Looking For Me is another of my absolute fave chart hits of the year and will be appearing high up my list.

Definitely, a brilliant song and really glad it became the hit it was. Thanks Dan!

My favourites from these last two sections are 'House Arrest' and 'Looking For Me'! Still so chuffed that the latter turned out to be such a big hit in the end.

Yes definitely! Two great dance tunes there - thanks Jade :D

140: Golden Features & The Presets - Raka 724pts

NE (23/11/2019) 33-19-17-25-37-42-40-39-47-55-70-80-96-xx

Another song from the rear end of last year which continued to make an impact in the new year, this was such a brillant indie/dance track and a fab comeback from The Presets (although I'm not sure if they've released anything since?)

139: We The Lion - You 732pts

NE (07/03/2020) 54-50-37-29-24-25-25-31-39-45-51-81-86-90-xx

Peruvian band We The Lion were back yet again this year, and this was the best of their efforts, whilst still a far cry off their EOY Top 10 'Found Love' it's their highest chart position since. And it also ended up in a song contest so some of you may actually remember it.

138: KAWALA - Animals 733pts

NE (22/08/2020) 42-27-23-30-37-50-53-53-59-76-78-77-75-80-79-85-93-...

KAWALA managed an EOY Top 100 last year with 'Play It Right' and then I completely forgot about them, which is why this one charted 5 months after it was released. Still a great track thouh whch definitely deserved its position in here.

137: Biffy Clyro - Instant History 733pts

NE (29/02/2020) 27-22-19-20-22-22-27-41-53-66-81-79-xx

Biffy Clyro are another act to have made a big return this year, they have another song left in the countdown but this one deserves recognition as well.

136: Gjon's Tears - Répondez-Moi 734pts

NE (23/05/2020) 4-5-7-13-16-21-30-41-76-93-xx

The first Top 5 hit to drop out is inevitably a Eurovision one, the power ballad being one of my favourites when I first went through the songs but sadly dropping faster than some of the others. Here's to an even better song next year!

135: Boy In Space - Caroline 742pts

NE (14/03/2020) 33-24-27-26-30-42-48-54-42-49-82-75-75-80-88-99-xx

Another rare pop song, this BJSC entry only got a couple of points from myself but grew on me massively after the contest was over, SO catchy! Thanks Joseph ;)

134: LARRY PINK THE HUMAN - MIGHT DELETE LATER 749pts

NE (24/10/2020) 31-24-24-17-22-31-34-51-...

Onto a more recent one, LARRY PINK THE HUMAN are an indie project featuring the drummer from shoutyband Slaves and this is a pretty decent effort from them, certaianly a refreshing difference to 'YOURE DEAAAD ALREAAADY' and the sort.

133: Julie Bergan - Kiss Somebody (with SeeB) 751pts

NE (11/01/2020) 37-26-22-25-29-32-34-40-48-55-57-68-76-94-xx

SeeB are very hit-and-miss but this was more of a 'hit' after their #1 with Justin Jesso, it's very good cheesy dance-pop but not one I've been back to through the year.

132: Blanks - Bittersweet 752pts

NE (18/01/2020) 30-30-21-20-25-28-36-42-51-54-64-72-84-95-xx

Blanks is another artist who's had hits of varying success in my chart this year, this is the second appearance from him in my countdown with his January track Bittersweet, which includes a line about going on a trip to Paris in October. Shame he couldn't predict the future.

131: Montaigne - Don't Break Me 755pts

NE (23/05/2020) 15-15-15-16-17-18-26-33-43-66-92-xx

I'm somewhat surprised Montaigne finished above Gjon's Tears but I suppose it stuck around that little bit longer. I definitely need to hear more from her anyway as this was a very good entry.

130: Blanks - Favorite Nightmare 752pts

NE (15/08/2020) 23-25-25-18-22-31-32-41-46-63-73-88-83-92-xx

I've not purposefully put the same artist just a couple of songs apart but so be it, this is a little more bass-heavy than his others and has lovely lyrics like 'frappuccinos baby, they taste so fabricatey'. Only one entry left from Blanks anyway and that should be well into the Top 100.

129: HRVY & Matoma - Good Vibes 764pts

NE (31/10/2020) 16-10-10-14-20-25-43-...

Another example of pop of the cheesiest variety making it into my chart, I never thought HRVY would manage a Top 10 hit but there we go. Sadly it fell fast which means that I don't get to type up my HRVY and MATOMA chart histories for you all to enjoy :(

128: Lola Marsh - Only for a Moment 767pts

NE (30/11/2019) 20-20-21-34-33-33-33-42-44-51-61-74-86-95-xx

Another to cross over into the new year, this was the follow-up to BJSC smash 'Echoes' and was another great effort, well worth a listen.

127: Shanguy - Désolée (Paris/Paname) 773pts

NE (08/02/2020) 19-14-17-20-19-26-29-35-44-57-71-88-xx

After them getting me my first BJSC Top 10, I completely forgot about Shanguy until someone else sent Toukassé to said contest, which prompted me to look up their other stuff. This was the most recent and was very good, like La Louze but with a different gender singing the vocals. And I've forgotton about them once again since.

126: Allan Scott & Steven Malcolm - Tidal Wave 776pts

NE (12/09/2020) 45-29-27-26-21-21-20-27-37-48-65-76-95-xx

This *is* a worship song but it's very different to the traditional ones you see in the Billboard charts etc. it's a lot harder AND features a rapper talking about BLM so check it out! (by the way Allan Scott are, bzarrely, a band)

125: Kelsea Ballerini - Club 778pts

NE (16/11/2019) 21-17-12-8-14-23-30-34-44-55-76-100-xx

Definitely more of a 2019 song here, but since it missed out last year it gets its chance here!

124: Alec Benjamin - Match In the Rain 799pts

NE (20/06/2020) 26-19-16-20-24-27-27-43-52-68-62-60-73-98-xx

Alec is another who's been up and down this year but this was definitely one of the ups, it still feaks me out that his face is about 15 years older than his voice though.

123: Mission House - Never See The End 799pts

NE (24/10/2020) 25-21-17-18-20-27-32-44-...

This is one of the more traditional-sounding worship songs I was talking about earlier but these two ladies definitely do it well.

122: New Politics - Unstoppable 809pts

NE (9/11/2019) 26-7-10-13-19-31-45-45-45-45-56-69-93-xx

I've not listened to anything from New Politics this year (have they released anything) but this made my Top 10 at the end of last year and was a great track to end on.

121: LEDGER - My Arms 826pts

NE (22/02/2020) 15-17-15-21-17-19-19-24-32-44-61-84-99-xx

LEDGER is the drummer of worship band Skillet but she's certainly capable of making a smashing song on her own. This one is brill AND features her stood in a field which is the dream.

Good Vibes :cheeseblock: definitely one of my favourites by HRVY, glad to see it make an appearance here (and spend two weeks in your top 10! :o)

Glad you're a fan! I absolutely wasn't expecting to like it at all but it's so incredibly infectious, look forward to seeing where it reaches in your chart. Thanks Calum!

WAP and 34+35 are both fabulous although I can see why people wouldn't like them. Ariana in particular has much better material. Worst of the year is bit harsh though!

120: Marizu - Dive 839pts

NE (28/11/2020) 17-13-16-17-28-...

We kick off the final bulk section of the list with Nigerian worship singer Marizu who brings a lively African fusion to his track 'Dive' which is a real breath of fresh air.

119: Mimi Webb - Before I Go 842pts

NE (17/10/2020) 20-15-20-26-25-28-37-48-63-...

Mimi's second and final entry here, this is a fantastic ballad and a brill discovery from BJSC, definitely a fan now.

118: Glass Animals - Heat Waves 843pts

NE (18/07/2020) 45-37-32-26-19-18-21-16-23-30-48-59-66-xx

The first of two Glass Animals' appearances here, this is a great track and I was delighted to see it making inroads officially but certainly the inferior single for me.

117: Robin Schulz - In Your Eyes (ft. Alida) 846pts

NE (18/01/2020) 24-17-19-17-20-26-26-33-42-46-54-63-74-85-92-xx

This ended up a little higher than expected but I was a big fan of this early in the year, two acts who have proved themselves beofre coming together for another tune.

116: Whethan - Stay Forever (ft. STRFKR) 847pts

NE (18/01/2020) 21-11-13-14-17-22-30-39-48-51-62-70-89-88-93-xx

The highest appearance from Whethan this year, this alt-dance track features great robo-esque vocals from a band who's name I only realised was a little rude about two months into charting this one.

115: Keane - Stupid Things 847pts

NE (7/12/2019) 40-35-28-23-20-17-20-24-33-44-57-60-68-77-92-xx

Keane haven't released anything else this year, but this track from late last year carried over into 2020 and had a very modest chart run.

114: Kodaline - Sometimes 848pts

NE (14/03/2020) 12-9-9-10-11-12-19-27-36-44-79-96-xx

Kodaline managed two #9 hits in a row, although this is the higher, bringing some Jason Mraz-eque guitar twangs to the Irish band's discography.

113: HOSH & 1979 - Midnight (The Hanging Tree) (ft. Jalja) 854pts

NE (27/06/2020) 45-35-32-36-36-28-22-22-21-23-36-53-73-86-93-xx

It now becomes evident that I mistakenly said there were only three charting songs in this countdown when I actually meant there were only three Top 20 songs. This is one of those which was lucky enough to make the Top 40 but unlucky enough to not get much higher as it's a brill dance track and a great reworking of something I never expected to see in the chart .

112: The Rubens - Live In Life 855pts

NE (18/01/2020) 18-14-15-16-15-18-23-26-37-40-49-58-79-96-xx

This was somewhat surprisingly in my Top 100 when I first calculated it, however I had to move it down quite considerably as it isn't one of those songs which I would say soundtracked my 2020 and hasn't held up too well. Still a good song though.

111: Crash Adams - Astronauts 859pts

NE (25/01/2020) 39-28-24-22-23-32-35-44-48-57-65-54-62-70-74-86-95-xx

Crash Adams have only had one charting song for me this year but it is a brilliant one, a great way to start off 2020 and a fab indie track.

110: Cavetown - Snail (ft. Chloe Moriondo) 864pts

NE (04/04/2020) 39-21-24-30-41-41-40-65-72-64-61-69-81-88-83-85-94-xx

The first appearance in the Top 200 for Cavetown, this took a while to grow but is an incredible indie-pop song with Moriondo (a singer, not a herb as she sounds like) complementing Cavetown's vocals very well. Also a little bit of fiddling in there!

109: Halloweens - My Baby Looks Good With Another 876pts

NE (25/07/2020) 59-50-55-48-34-32-22-26-21-29-34-43-56-65-76-90-xx

This was a very leftfield choice for the UK in our Worldvision but I was absolutely over the moon with it, British indie at its finest and a style I haven't heard in a good few years.

108: Martin Garrix - Used to Love (with Dean Lewis) 877pts

NE (9/11/2019) 33-27-24-28-30-34-43-40-31-34-45-49-63-71-81-87-96-xx

Another 2019 intruder which re-appeared for the start of 2020, this is the highest Dean Lewis got since 'Be Alright' but is still a very good song.

107: The Treble - No Secrets (There For You) 882pts

NE (16/05/2020) 24-27-18-17-32-27-27-23-26-34-46-61-80-90-xx

Canadian band The Treble made their mark in my charts in May with their brilliantly put together No Secrets, again another style I've not heard in a while.

106: Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike - Say My Name (ft. Regard) 886pts

NE (21/11/2020) 49-23-15-14-13-19-...

A little risky putting this into this year's chart when it has the potential to go higher but it's plenty high enough here anyway. This is an inspired cover, the highest chart appearance from wither of them and much better than Regard's commercial hits (although they were both good as well)

105: Lukas Graham - Scars 887pts

NE (28/03/2020) 12-7-5-7-11-13-17-23-51-55-62-72-81-xx

Lukas Graham missing the Top 100? :o They still have one song left but unfortunately this one was too short-lived to make the final countdown, and definitely feels like a hit coasting off their previous success here. It's still a good song taking on the topic of self-identity.

104: MIKA - Sanremo 889pts

NE (12/10/2019) 28-22-21-19-20-28-37-42-49-56-66-72-71-70-73-75-85-97-xx

Maybe this should also have been omitted but it is a brilliant song, one of the best from MIKA's album, a great song to relax to.

103: ARTY & Conrad Sewell - Kingdom 889pts

NE (16/05/2020) 30-33-25-23-18-19-25-28-34-39-57-67-79-88-xx

Somewhat surprised this missed the Top 100 in the end given its lengthy Top 40 run but this is another great dance track form early on in the year.

102: We Are Messengers - Never Change Your Mind 897pts

NE (25/01/2020) 23-27-18-24-25-18-18-25-28-34-43-55-69-74-80-93-xx

I moved this one out of the Top 100 given that We Are Messengers have managed two other songs in my Top 100 this year, but this one also holds up very vell, very cheery-uppy on a bad day.

101: Amy MacDonald - The Hudson 898pts

NE (05/10/2020) 36-27-24-21-30-29-34-39-42-52-64-...

Aaand just missing out we have Mrs. MacDonald with the first song from this era. A brilliant indie-pop track with a riff which reminds me a tadge of 'Call Me Maybe' and has set her up well for 2021.

Used To Love is such a good song! Wish it had been a commercial hit, more people need to hear it.
great to see In Your Eyes, Used To Love and Midnight nearing the top 100 here. I like Arty but that Conrad Sewell collab did nothing for me, and I much prefer Regard's two hits to the Say My Name cover.

I would agree that Ariana has much better than this although I'm really not a fan of 34+35, pretty much for the same reason as me not being a fan of WAP! Thanks Slick :D

Glad you're a fan Adam! If only it had been given the right push to do well officially...

Glad you're a fan of those, for me the ARTY and Regard songs are my favourite from each artist respectively but each to their own I guess! Thanks Dan :D

Commentary

We kick off our Top 100 with this fantastic track from Lost Frequencies, a song which wouldn't have sounded out of place some 3 or 4 years ago but soudns just as good now. It's his second collaboration with Zonderling (or at least the second one to chart) and has Kelvin Jones providing us with some lovely Nico & Vinz-esque vocals whilst the aforementioned are still nowhere to be seen. I've bumped this into the Top 100 above some other songs as it does deseve to be here despite Eurovision giving it a bit of a push.
