LivePopBars' numbers are completely wrong. Pretty sure they always show the #2 as being around 60-something% of the #1 no matter what.

Well it's a bit strange but the numbers do change but looks a bit more 'even' than maybe it should. But Kylie and Dua been in 2nd for last 14 hours and have moved from 0.61 to 0.73 and Bieber from 0.43 to 0.62 in 3rd. So the songs are moving, I guess sometimes there are bigger movements as data updated quicker or in busier periods. Anyhow I guess it's an indication.

It's not an indication at all, the numbers there literally represent nothing. You can change the country and genre to anything you want on there and the numbers for every position will barely change. The only thing the site is good for is showing the actual positions.

 

Kworb is also glitchy and inconsistent but it's still the only reliable (when it works) source that we have.
