What are all these 1987 and 1988 songs doing back in the iTunes chart?

I like The Mission song but fellow gothic rock group of the time Sisters of Mercy were better imo.

There was a Top of the Pops special on BBC 2 last night looking at how the show covered music and the charts in 1988.

76. "Prinsoner" (131 & 823)

The NOW effect, albeit small, should help "Midnight Sky" and "Prisoner" stay pretty stable in this weeks chart. "Midnight Sky" might actually climb.

I liked that Mission song, but they were always a bit a U2 derivative.

The Cult were pretty great. Still are.
