All admin and GM members can see it too (JohnKM, Bal, Joseph, Dandy, Iz, ChezWombat etc) by virtue of them having access to the BJSC mod sub-forum.

I'm not entirely sure there'd be any way of changing it, unless BJSC mods only were sent a link via PM every contest and everything was done via an external messenger. GM's and admins oversee everything in every forum and the Google forms are readable by anyone with a link (and the links are posted in that sub-forum), as well as all research and discussion happening within those threads.

 

I don't think it changes a great deal, in the grand scheme of things, especially from what I've witnessed in the 3 contests I've been a moderator for.

So far there's still only been the two double confirmations from the first few minutes. However, between someone confirming a song that was already vetoed once before and three different people sending former BJSC winning artists (!) I sense we may have a fair number of vetoes in the water this month oops (let me try and make sure to get started on veto research promptly...)
