i can't work out how i feel about this... the original is so ethereal and I know his version is.

I absolutely love Crying on The Bathroom Floor, so upbeat! :heart: That said Elizabeth Taylor (which I wasn’t that keen on) is often an earworm.

 

Roll on the album!

'Indestructible' (cover of Robyn's song) out today and it's easily my favourite of the current era!

 

 

EDIT: Only just realised that the whole album is actually out today! Will give it a spin over the weekend.

I think Losing You is my favourite. It's not as good as the original by any means but it suits him.

What sort of debut are we expecting for this?

 

I know he has a perfect strike rate of top 2 studio albums, but this feels a bit muted.

there is not much competition so he could be #1 with just 15K, thats what his last album opened with so it's doable if the fanbase is still there

The Will Young official store shipped mine late!

His Spotify streams are disastrous, less than 10k for album tracks on in two days.

Will just posted it's #1 in the midweeks! So even with those awful streaming numbers, he still seems to be a decent physical seller.

Only just over 6K though which isn't ideal for a release that's probably heavily front loaded. I doubt he'll keep it at that rate, depends on how many store sales etc have yet to be added.
