Finishing in a respectable 4th place is female empowerment anthem 'Power'. This falls swiftly after 'Salute' - a fellow song with an in-your-face girl power message. 'Power' was released as the fourth single from their 'Glory Days' era and smashed despite being chosen so late into the campaign. It charted at #6 here in the U.K. after a brand new remix featuring Stormzy. Many wondered if he was the right choice before hearing the finished product and in the end it definitely worked out for the best. He hypes women up just as much as the girls in his extremely complimentary verse. The video is colourful and larger than life as each girl leads four different types of groups - hippies, drag queens, bikers and a fashion-forward street crew. Then Stormzy turned up to get his hair cut, why not. It could've been a risky single but this OTT piece of pop music (MOTORBIKE!), that still had an edge to it, really connected. The instrumental can still be heard as a soundbed on TV shows.

I mean really the final 3 should have included 'Power'... but cool. Well done to 'Break Up Song' but time's up honey.

Sweet Melody is basically an updated and improved version of Touch tbh. It's basically the exact same structure.

Yeh it's clear 'Touch' was very much the blueprint which makes me so torn between the two, however I'd say 'Sweet Melody' is quite the upgrade, performed miracles in the chart and was more instant to me, so... there's that.

EASILY break up song now
